We recently stayed at White Rock Beach Hotel and Waterpark, and overall, it was a memorable experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any request. The waterpark was definitely the highlight of our stay. It offered a variety of activities that catered to all ages, from thrilling slides to relaxing pools. There were separate wave pools for both children and adults, which was a great touch. The waterpark kept us entertained, making it the perfect spot for both relaxation and fun. Breakfast was another standout feature of the hotel. The buffet was delicious, offering a wide selection of foods to choose from. It was the perfect way to start our day, with options to satisfy all tastes. The beach itself may not have had the crystal-clear waters and fine sand we were expecting, but it still offered plenty of activities. We enjoyed kayaking, and the inflatable water course available. The presence of lifeguards throughout the area made us feel safe, ensuring that everyone could enjoy the activities without worry. All in all, our stay at White Rock Beach Hotel and Waterpark was enjoyable. The friendly staff, great waterpark, and abundance of activities for everyone made it a great vacation spot. While there were a few small maintenance issues and the Naya Bar’s pricing could be a bit much, they didn’t overshadow the fun and overall positive experience.

As for the rooms (Poolside Deluxe), while they were not overly spacious, they were sufficient for group of four. The layout worked well, though we did notice that the lighting in the room was a bit dim. Additionally, the air conditioner had a leaking issue, which was concerning as the water created a slippery surface on the tile flooring. This posed a bit of a safety hazard, and it would be great if this could be addressed. Another downside, however, was the Naya Bar. While the setting and atmosphere were nice, the prices were quite steep, making it less accessible for those on a budget or for families looking for a more affordable dining experience.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and accommodating. A special thank you for the room upgrade — it truly made our stay extra special! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully prepared. Everything was just amazing …the facilities, the food, the beach, the amenities and especially the service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Our family left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and very satisfied. Thank you, Whiterock, for making our stay such a memorable one. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🌴✨

Lot’s of activities, friendly staff, clean facility, safe, and plenty of parking.

Internet dropped so no TV or wi-fi one night. No shampoo or soap in dispensers, and beach had oil slick from nearby port with fuel depot. Construction at outdoor bar was very disruptive during the evening dinner service and live band hours.

pinoy breakfast. we so love it. very flavorful. sumptous meal indeed. could you add white rice int he morning coz my children not eating sinangag. but for the adult excellent foo we had at breakfast. the staff are so respectful, smiling all the time. offering help. asking us how we are in the place. greeting good/morning/evening.. that hits so different.

the water activities could start early as possible could be like 6am to enjoy more due to sun. 8am are late. the pools also can add more time to enjoy more..

I love the wave pool and the three infinity pools specially the salt water pool. Pool water controlled temp is so refreshing. Staffs are so friendly and courteous. Facilities are still improving but excellent. Food is just fine for filipinos and delicious. Management may consider to extend the other pools operations up to may be 8pm.

The bad wheather hehehe that causes big sea waves and difficult to access the floating platforms. The bar prices is a bit expensive. Buko costs 288 pesos huh.

Breakfast was great few but decent selections. Kids love the water slides, wave pool (should have sunshade), beach though it was too hot. The staff are just too wonderful and very proactive - very attentive and always ready to serve with a smile. Special mention to Khamille at FO and Marcia (not too sure about her name) she brought us the beach towel and the servers at the beach Restobar.

The guards at the gate, we understand that they are just doing there job, but didn't like the idea that you will be stopped each time you go out of the resort and asking for Check Out pass.

A little bit old, but the aquapark is nice and fun, especially for children. The breakfast was nice and tasty.

The restaurant is an overpriced, unfortunately there is no other possibility close by. We needed make a small change in our reservation, I wrote the message few times, but there was no response. Even at the reception was difficult to explain it. We made an online check-in, they asked for, but I think there was no advantage of it.

So many amenities. This was a repeat visit for us so our children and grandchildren could enjoy. Did they ever!

The wave pools would benefit having a clock. I try to not bring my phone or smart watch to water related events. Asking others the time to ensure we are where we need to be becomes cumbersome. Great areas for large digital clocks.

The staff, buffet breakfast, coffee station, various swimming pools to choose from.The whole property is clean in general.

The bathroom,during shower the water will go to the other area and no bathroom rug is provided. No hangers and cabinets to store clothes. The plastic wristband that you have to wear the entire days of your stay,non detachable. No official calling card.

The pool and beach activities varies and the food was very excellent. The staff were really accommodating and approachable and polite with their greetings. I compliment to their hospitality skills.

The shower head came off with screw in our room. Other than that, there were no issues with anything.
