Good location, hotel rooms are spacious. We were a big group for a bday celebration so we booked 9 rooms. Beachfront rms are great, we booked the last 5. A family suite by the pool, perfect for our family with little ones, a superior suite which is a large room & 2 deluxe twins that were located at the main building. Staff are very helpful & friendly. They set up tables for our big group at the beachfront for dinner & breakfast. The evening ambiance at the beach was nice and the sunset was also beautiful. There were also fun activities at the beach like banana boat, jet ski, etc. We had a great time. 😊

Clean room, friendly helpful staff, beautiful view by the beach.

Location by walking around, surrounding roads from McDonalds to the resort was a little eerie and dark. Could make you anxious for your safety in between. Tricycles are available at times but most of the time not the cleanest or comfortable ride. Also don’t like that there are souvenir solicitors by the beach that crowd around us guests the moment we step out to the beach. Even haggling us while sitting at the resort bar trying to enjoy our drinks was quite unappreciated.

Hi, we recently stayed at Wild Orchid just yesterday. I really don't do reviews, but I'm amazed on how friendly your hotel staffs are. From the front desk to guards. The lady at the Moby Dick bar last night was very friendly and accommodated us until the closing time without rush. May I know her name if it's okay with her? You can remind her of us last night we're the family who's playing billiards until 11pm

Team members were wonderful and very helpful to us, being a couple of foreigners with no idea.

Not much, all in all, this was a great stay, and Annie, Del, Jay, and the rest of the team at Wild Orchid Beach Resort were always available and happy to help with whatever we needed.

They upgrade our room from deluxe to Front beach room without any additional charges. We enjoy our stay in wild orchid. Super B. Staffs and even Guards are helpful and at the same time they loved there Job.

The staff was very friendly, the food in the restaurant was good and the beachfront restaurant made for a relaxing stay. Also, is a secure place.

The Friendly staff was best......and we stayed just after pandemic ended, and so was quiet at resort and doing lots of maintenance, while preparing for future customers. But we found a very Friendly staff...good security. ...and quality of the food service from the kitchen was excellent.

It has a faded charm but needs renovation. The pool remains quite nice though.

At check in, there's always an issue - "you've only paid for a single room" etc etc. even though that's not the case. The matter gets resolved but it always feels like an attempt to get more money,!
