The location is excellent and the facilities superb. The two pools are a highlight, while the room is spacious and comfortable. Generally, staff were pretty good.

A couple of issues. Laundry was the big one. Their laundry list says collection for next day. I asked the front desk and housekeeping if I could get next day because I was flying early and they said okay. Laundry did not come back. They tried to tell me I missed the cutoff and it would come after I leave. All my fault. I had to call and visit the front desk many times. My laundry arrived 30 minutes before I left. Very unprofessional. Other than that, a nice American wine list with none available.

The location and the accesibility of the place to the beach was great. It was also located on the more quiet side of Olongapo Beach which is a plus factor. Room was spacious although the jacuzzi was leaking. Sea view was spectacular. Will book direct next time for more discounts.

There was no buffet service for the food, which could have been added to the service, considering the rate of the hotel. The food selection could also have been better. The sandwich bread was quite hard, and the burger was over grilled, almost lost the juicyness of the ground beef. The portions were quite substantial.

Everything worked well, and the staff were, friendly, efficient and helpful. The food outlets offered a wide variety of different choices, and the breakfasts were very satisfying; all dishes served were excellent, and all 6 of us received our food at the same time. When basement parking was not available, valets took care of parking down the road. Since it rained a fair bit, having the valet bring the car back was a bonus. The facilities were good, and the location was central to everywhere we needed to go. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and taking one Jacuzzi suite proved a favourite with our family members! The rooftop restaurant afforded excellent views of the bay, the sands and the many water-borne activities. The internet worked well all the time we were there.

We might each take an extra comfortable pillow next time. But that is a small price to pay for staying in all-round good accommodation. But other than that, there was nothing else to complain about.

Best place in Subic and very affordable I thought. Great view of the bay & streets. Walking distance to all well known places. (Clubs and Food) have a meal while looking over the infinity pool is amazing,- (Breakfast) delicious. Up top was a Retro Restaurant 1950’s style I think. Great food and drinks menu. Pool aswell open til late. I can’t rate this place highly enough. Very professional and friendly staff all round. Awesome team and Resort. I’ll be going back there without a doubt.

The location is close to many activities. Restaurants besides the hotels restaurant. super markets, beach in front of hotel besides the two swimming pools the hotel has. the transportation and many places in walking distance.

In door reception was a little warm they should close the doors. it would keep the coolness in the entrance and lobby and feel a lot better. i understand people are going in and out of the lobby. It would make a good impression.

The employees of the hotel, especially at the Sands Cafe at the pool bar exceeded an excellent service. The food is delicious and the fresh juices are amazing. Special mention to our 2 days attentive, helpful server JR and Mark they both did an excellent job as an image of true Filipino hospitality

The hallway from the room and the rooftop restaurant was so humid, electric fan was turned on after awhile.

4.5/5! Delicious food, pricey though. Stunning rooftop pool, live music and retro ambiance make this Subic's top hotel. Planning to swim? Call the hotel first to check for jelly fish warnings!

We were unable to use our discount cards like senior and PWDs due to booking we made through booking.com. The hotel said that discounts are only eligible if you book directly to their hotel.

The location was just right to get to many restaurants and convenience stores , super markets and drug stores basically the beach and view are very nice and convient to go on the beach. transportation to the area is good.

Traffic can be a hassle to deal with it is better to take a grab, taxi or bus to get around. but it seems like it is getting better. if you don't mind driving your self to know how to get the areas close by.

Location, the maintenance staff. They were fast when we have small issues in our room. They fixed it fast and they were quick when we needed them.

I dont like the staff at the restaurant ground floor.. our order took so long and the staff are so unprofessional. They were laughing so loud in the kitchen and not giving the customer updates about why our order is taking so long. We had to call them and ask. Aside from that the food was okay..

I like how near the property is to the beach. The rooms are superb clean. The property maintenance is also great! The staff are polite. The pools are amazing! The food are quite pricey but expected since this is a hotel. We will definitely book here again next time! A truly wonderful experience! No wonder they are fully booked!
