Very great hotel price/value! The room and bathroom were very clean upon arrival. The staff is super friendly and will help you with anything you need! You can also book (island hopping) tours and motorbike rental via the hotel and everything will be arranged for you - which we did. No complaints at all about this! They also have a small fridge with water or several other drinks that you can buy in case you get thirsty. And they also let you use the fridge in case you would want to store something cold. The location is perfect! It's on the main road, but more to the end so there is no more noise from bars or restaurants. Restaurants, bars and anything you need are easily within 5 minutes walking distance. The bathroom is also very good. There is a glass shutter to avoid a wet bathroom so you should be fine. The water temperature was perfect. Hot, cold and in-between were working perfectly. Also the sink was more than fine with some space around it to leave bathroom essentials. The room size is perfect. You have some easy breakfast options - hot and cold - and this is more than fine to start your day before going on a tour or exploring. Also there is unlimited free coffee for everyone. The wi-fi works great. I read about the noise/wall complaints and it's maybe true that the walls are not very soundproof so you might hear sound from people talking, but we didn't have any problem with this at all - since we are only on the room to wake up and go to sleep :)

Location is excellent, right at the end of walking street with connectivity and ease of access while being tucked away from the crowd and commotion. Stuffs were cordial and were always available. The amenities provided were the best you can get within this budget. There is a lechon chicken vendor right at the doorway -- which is a must try.

I liked the property because It is close to all the locations, bar& restaurants, just need to walk 5-6 minutes. And it wasn’t so noisy compared to other places. Bed was comfortable, room has good air conditioning. The accommodation is good value for money.

I would suggest to place a soap dish and a toothbrush cup.

The staff were sp friendly and always willing to help. Other reviews mentioned weak air-conditioning but the one in our room was quite new and worked very well. It was close to everything, all the tours were able to pick us up directly at the hotel

The bidet leaked but staff were happy to help find a temporary solution. There are loud roosters nearby, but our family staying in another room didn't hear them

Convenient and stay in the heart of the city

Same breakfast menu for all 3 days. Since I'm a vegetarian I had to eat the same meal for all 3 days Apart from that you can hear the outside sound and it woke me up at 2 am due to some neighbor hotel room residents were talking loudly and it continued until 4 am

Super comfortable, one of the nicest rooms i’ve stayed in the philippines at a very nice price, the TV is a smart TV with netflix and the bed is big and soft and the pillows are great.

They let us drop our bags off early without charge, had filtered water available, great free simple breakfast, accommodated our request to have breakfast early before a boat tour. Room and bathroom were clean, good AC, highly recommend

Triple room was a little tight and lukewarm shower but everything else was great

If you happen to get adjoining rooms, audibility is very good If you order transfer to airport, be aware that it's shared van, so it can take more time to pick up all passengers, so allow more time for it. But airport is very, very small, so it's very quick

Nice hotel walking distance from the center, walking distance from the pier for all boat activities and 5 minutes away from the sea port. 20 minutes from airport. Staff at reception exceptional. Breakfast served at top roof level was nice too. Spacious room. Clean shower and good facilities.

Maybe they could give you details of the area you are at which is all walking distance, Wi-Fi was not reachable from our room. They should improve on this.

The location, the AC was good, the bed is comfortable, nice view from the up terrace. Close to a store and an ice cream place. They did our laundry as well.

Conjoined rooms so you can hear the guests in the other room through the doors. But the staff was super nice and moved us into a room where there was no guests in the other room.
