Beds were comfortable and area looks safe as there are a lot of shops and restaurants outside and does not look isolated. It was value for money especially with the breakfast.

We suspect my daughter had food poisoning in the fried rice for breakfast. Check the oil used. Pretty hassle sometimes to have to go to the other hotels reception for some service.

I like the size of the room. Although it was on the 3rd floor, the room was big enough for 4 or 5 people. There was a mini living room and the shower and toilet were separate so it helped when there were many of us who want to use each at the same time. The aircon also worked well. The room was in the 3rd floor so we had some sort of a balcony which had a nice view of the small street below. There is no elevator so if you have big luggage, you should be ready to carry them through the stairs. The location was superb as it was near everything.

I guess the shower room needed improvement. The showerhead had some holes where no water came out and the drain was a bit slow so if you're taking a shower and don't stop from time to time, the floor will be flooded with water. Also, there was no bath rug when we went into the room, we had to ask for one in the front desk.

Tree top was perfect for my stay for 2 nights post tour that finished in Coron. It's in the centre of town accessible to all things. I felt say, things were clean and being in the small town's busy streets I didn't hear much noise. Has a small pool if you need a dip. Would recommend! Ideally you book in advance for a better rate.

I wish the airport shuttle from the hotel came more frequently. I caught a reasonable priced bus instead to get to an early flight at the end of my stay.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful, especially Cecile. Those gentlemen as well they will always give you a hand to carry your luggage especially that there were seniors in our family.They were all very accommodating. Whenever they will see you , they will always have a beautiful smile and greet you. We really liked our room. The size and the cleanliness of our room were great. The location of our hotel was accessible to shops, restaurants and the tourist spots. If you need transport, there's always a tricycle waiting outside the hotel. You could also ask the hotel to book for you when you arrived at the airport to pick you up and to drop you off at the airport.

You have to wait for 15-30 minutes for them to prepare your breakfast. If they could improve it much better because we all know that time is precious when you're in Coron. Everyday you have your itineraries. That's the only downside but the rest were perfect.

Very central. Close to many resto of different cuisine. Caters all tourist and locals alike. Staff are nice and accommodating especially Ms. Cez.

The pool has dried leaves dropped from the trees. I would expect that this should have been collected/picked up before tidying up the room so others who like to go swimming before check out can enjoy the facilities in full.

It was raining at the time we checked in the room, water was leaking thru the wall and the door lock was broken, we were transferred to another room immediately after we feedback to the staff. Location is good. Info sharing: Tuk Tuk from the port cost about 50-60 pesos after several rounds of bargains. Original price was 200 pesos. Coffee at the cafe downstairs are good.

Water in the pool doesn't look very clean, not sure whether it is the original colour of the water. Actual condition is not as new as it published on the website. Signature of the hotel is not very clear.

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel was in a good location for walking to restaurants and around town. The breakfast was simple, good and what we expected. Our flight left early in the morning before they served breakfast normally so they packed our breakfast “to-go”. We were able to eat it at the airport. They had a water station available in the lobby, which was appreciated.

To use the WiFi you had to go down and sit in the small lobby. It was nice to have the WiFi, just wish it could have been accessed from our room.

Spacious room in a nice hotel located in the heart of the city. Our room was ont he second floor streetside but we didn't hear anything from the noise outside. Very friendly staff

We had some problems with the water pressure of the shower but this was fixed very swiftly

My wife and absolutely adored our location! We were right smack down the middle of all the best top-rated restaurants, cafes and bars the island has to offer! The room amenities were also very clean and satisafactory in quality plus the hotel staff was always very helpful, attentive to all our needs and presented us with perpetual service with a smile! We both agreed that this hotel gave us great value for the money spent on it! 👍

If I should nitpick, the water could've had stronger pressure for showers and bidets. Swimming pool was also a tad small and unclean because of the tree vegetation falling from above. 🤷

Location is good. You may find many restaurants around. Free coffee, hot and cold water from dispenser for 24 hours.

Linens set wasn’t enough clean. No hair dryer. AC is working a little bit loudly. It’s filter must be cleaned. Not enough electric plug Shower water pressure was a little bit weak.
