The resort has a pool with a swim-up bar, large rooms, and an AC that works. The resort's ownership just changed in February, so the new owner is making changes in the coming months to enhance it even more. He helped us order scooters, car rentals, and shuttle service, and gave ideas for day trips for our week-long stay. Remember it is like every other island resort hotel, yes, there will be hard beds, only one sheet, and wet bathrooms, but this is normal for Siargao. The resort is located down a side road so tricycles will drop you off at the corner of the street. It is dark at night and rocky, so bring a flashlight!

That it rained almost all week, as the road to get to the resort gets muddy, but that's not the fault of the resort!

Ohana was excellent. We really enjoyed the villa. It was perfect for our family of 4. Being able to order breakfast in the morning made for a good start to the day. The villa was spacious and clean and the staff were great. The pool was very nice and we used it every day to cool off when not exploring the rest of the island. We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

Location was perfect if you have a motorbike, maybe a little out of the way if you need to get a tuk-tuk everytime. Our airport transport didn’t show up (4:00am) to take us to our early flight which put us in quite a bind. Not sure if that is the fault of the resort or the driver. However, the security guard was able to awaken a man who lived on the street who gave us a wild ride to the airport. Since the location is away from the main road it is very quiet, but as you can read above can also have its drawbacks.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was incredibly helpful, pointing me towards a place to rent a scooter, somewhere to eat, and the best local beach.

There was no soap or shampoos provided.

Loved the space the pool, the plants and shirley the dog. The owner was very friendly, accommodating and good to chatwith. It was a very relaxing stay, the space has been beautifully designed and centrally located.

The time it took for the staff to prepare a simple breakfast, I have lived in the Philippines for 22 years now and still can't fathom the reason why many staff work at such a painstakingly slow snails pace 😀

Room is very spacious including the CR, the pool is big, quiet place, instagrammable property. The owner is very accommodating and responsive for the quiries. Since our original flight was cancelled we need to move the sched on the next day, and they adjusted the booking quickly. Thank you.

The road going inside (If you arrived on a rainy day, it was flooded / But if sunny it’s functional and okay) Electricity (I know it’s the main problem of the island, But the owner is nice to get a 1day refund since there’s always an outages in electricity) Thank you.

The pool and the bar by it was fantastic, the rooms very spacious. The double beds so comfortable. Staff were nice and breakfast was delicious although we waited an hour for it every day.

The single beds have a very thin mattress that was very uncomfortable if you wanted to side sleeping. The pillows were bad as well, and just a pitty that they only make the AC work during night time, forget taking a nap in the afternoon, it is boiling hot even with the fan swinging.

Everything was perfect. Henrik was really helpful, the staff were kind, and the owner was friendly! They said before, no hot water (actually doesn't need, after a hot day) and no AC daytime (this is island life), but these are acceptable. We enjoyed our stay! And we loved after an all day island discovery to dip in a pool.

The ambiance is very good and cool👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻and the staff are very cool and very hospitable highly recommended.

It’s a bit hard to find since there is no sign outside the main road where is it located since there is two OHANA in the town. But we managed to find the place via google map and we are confuse sines the is no sign that OHANA resort was inside the very common street.

Would be good to have the restaurant serving lunch and dinner, not just breakfast. Would also like to see a bigger variety of drinks available at the bar. Especially considering the distance from resort to main restaurants/shops

The owner, Dick is a great guy, he really tied the place together and made it feel a lot more like a home than a 'resort'. He's pour his heart and soul into this resort after the typhoon hit. Met some amazing people there and the cheap drinks on site and pool made it more worth it really!

I wish there was a clone of the owner, I need more of him
