Locations are a great walking distance around gen luna.The staff are friendly and attentive. Room service is also great you should have to tell them also if there's a problem inside your room.. Ambience, amenities, and food are also great.

No TV, Ref and microwave. Wifi is not strong enough. I think this room also needs this.

Location is really great, short walk from all main restaurants and bars in General Luna. Pool and common area is very nice for relaxing and enjoy beautiful nature in resort. Restaurant which is part of Vivo Siargao is so good and the filipino food there is very delicious - masarap. Staff is really amazing, they have been so helpful and polite and kind, all of them were really great especially Jean and Janric who took me to a land tour ♥️

There is a place for improvement, WIFI is not so good, but also internet is not so good on Siargao island so that can be the reason. Room and bathroom could use some renovation as it’s not in best looking shape. Considering that, price could be a bit lower or at least breakfast included.

When we reached our room, we were unpleasantly surprised to find a cockroach. After removing it, we encountered a mosquito problem. Despite our efforts to eliminate the insects, they kept reappearing from an unknown source within the room. While we understand that the hotel is surrounded by trees and plants, which makes the presence of insects more likely, the rooms should still be properly sealed and maintained to ensure they remain insect-free. A/C is not really enough for size of the room.

The staff are accomodating and always smiling. Ms Sol and the other staff are exceptional and really nice. We appreciate small details like changing our towels thrice and refilling the soap and shampoo even though we did not request for it. Will definitely stay here again if will be back soon. However, if you need fast internet just bring your own broadband. The water pressure for hot water was not working but for regular water it was okay. For its location, the price is not bad. Vivo is a lowkey accomodation that has good facilities and great service.

The tours we book with them did not meet our expectations but it was okay.

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in this resort. I booked 3 rooms for my family of 4 adults which was reasonably priced. The rooms are standard size. It has a front patio. They also provide purified water in the ping pong area. Breakfast was not included and we ate once for breakfast. We ate delicious dinner on our last night. The menu had good selection. They provide pool towels. It is on a busy street yet it was fairly quiet. There is a mini-fridge and kettle. The hotel should provide instant coffee in the room for convenience. The hotel takes credit cards without transaction fees which is great.

Beautiful swimming pool and it is accessible - open even til 12midnight. We find it very relaxing to stay at the pool area, especially on our free day/s. Room is affordable (price is reasonable for the amenities and distance to other establishments). Room is spacious - for 2 pax. The staffs (reception, restaurant) are friendly, accommodating and kind to facilitate our request. The inn's location is very near the center and restaurants, hence less hassle for me as I also don't know how to drive a motorcycle. I can easily hail a tuktuk to go to different places, or just walk around the neighborhood.

Location was outstanding, on site restaurant was good, everything a short walk away, pool was great also, staff great. Only a small place like a lot of original hotels and inns, which is awesome. Would definitely stay there again. There is beach access across the road, but go high tide, overall a good relaxing place.

Aircon was temperamental the first 48hrs, then seemed to be fine after that. But really everything was good.

Very beautiful boutique vibe hotel. Very friendly staff (they cut a king coconut open for us from their own palm tree) and clean for Philippines standards. We loved their welcoming attitude. The free water and we loved Sophie the kitten.. (she stayed in our room a night too). Location is top! Shower was great too (not always the case in PH)

No hand towels included in the room, only a regular towel. Ventilation in bathrooms is always a problem in the Philippines hence it’s always humid. The roosters and dogs barking very early in the morning around the area woke us up every day.

First visit to Siargao and was extremely happy in choosing Vivo. Location was excelllent being on the main street to access shopping restaurants and bars. Room was comfortable. Motorbike hire was easy and reasonable cost. Drinks and food good value and delicious. A big shoutout to the wonderful staff in particular Michelle, who when the key to my motorbike snapped, organised our rescue from Secret beach back to the hotel. The motorbike ws back at the hotel the next morning with a new replacement key. Amazing service.
