Excellent location. So close to all the restaurants. Scooter rental was a good price. 2 double beds in one room which was great. Hot shower. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful and answered all my questions. Liked this place and would revisit!

The water has a really funny smell so not good for drinking although it’s safe doesn’t taste good. And the shower same smell but it’s ok cause you get used to it! Other than that thought it was a really nice place to stay and would return!

I absolutely loved the hotel's location. It's a short walk from the beach and many great restaurants. The staff really stood out—they were all very friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They were very helpful in giving us a list of must-try restaurants and local events, and they even provided us with umbrellas when we were caught in the rain. They also accomodated our request for our room to be on the ground floor and beside each other.

The heater in our room was not working for the majority of our stay. We reported the issue twice, but it was only fixed on our last night, which was very inconvenient. The bathroom also showed signs of significant wear and tear due to its age. Furthermore, the water had a strong, foul odor. While we were warned that the water comes from a deep well, the smell was still unpleasant.

Location is along Tourism Road, near Bravo resort. There are nearby restaurants and cafe. The room isn’t that spacious but enough for our luggage and for 2 people. The bed was comfy though we had electric and water outage during our stay but the staff of Lubihan were constantly sending us updates on WhatsApp, it really felt like we’re being taken good care of. The staff also recommended cafes and schedules of parties in the island. The hotel also offers daily cleaning and fresh towels upon request. And yes, they have hot water too, however, this doesn’t work if there’s a power outage which we were advised when checking in. I love that they provide a lot of hangers for our clothes!!

Constant power outages but this is understandable as Siargao often experiences this. Bathroom is quite small and there’s no TV. If your room is located on the 2nd floor, they don’t have an elevator so you have to carry your luggages. Also, pavements going in and out of the hotel is absolutely a challenge especially when it rains.

I stayed at Lubihan for 4 nights. It has a fantastic location, right in the middle of Tourism Road a stone's throw from lots of wonderful restaurants and bars. The staff at Lubihan were very friendly and offered so many wonderful tips for our stay. I loved the dogs at the hotel too, they were adorable and were used to my friend and I in just a day or so. The rooms were basic but comfortable and clean, and the hotel was quiet at night despite being in a very central location.

My hotel room at Lubihan needed to be better ventilated. The room had a certain smell that meant it hadn't been ventilated enough for a long time. As there are no screens at the windows, you can't leave the sliding doors open long to air the place out due to mosquitoes otherwise getting in. I highly recommend Lubihan gets mosquito screens so that the rooms can be properly aired out to prevent a musty smell.

Close to everything! Best restos in town and ATM machine just few metres walk. Value for money. Friendly staff. :-)

It was raining most days during our stay so navigating around puddles is a common thing on the island. Not a biggie as you plan to get wet anyway. Told it will get better eventually by one of the prominent business owners as govt road widening imorovements are planned in the near future.

Location is near tourism road and all the central happenings Staff are very nice and helpful Cute friendly dogs coming to greet you every time you arrive Clean rooms and comfortable beds There was a brown out but they made sure necessities are provided Great communication to keep us updated all the time

The road to the hotel from tourism road was muddy when it rained but i think it is the case for majority unless you stay in tourism road strip

good location as it was in the tourism road area, although it wasn't a beachfront property as it was on the other side of the main road. There were a lot of places to eat nearby, all within walking distance. the rooms are big enough for us (we were 3). We particularly liked the garden view from the bedrooms and its quietness at night as it was a bit farther from the main road. the rooms are clean (no ants!) Wifi is OK. the promptness of reply from the property is commendable. they even send regular messages about the available time for the room to be cleaned. Umbrellas are provided free of use in case it rains.

there's not much to do as for recreations. no TV in the room or common area. Rooms are cleaned daily but the towels or sheets are not changed if the stay is less than a week. For storage/cabinets/shelves, there's not much to store one's clothes. the staff leaves at 7pm and returns at 7am the following day.

Hotel itself is good , but sometimes it is practically difficult to “reach” the hotel with luggage: the little street connecting the Main Street to the hotel entrance is bit horrible (practically after the tropical rains it is full of water, so if you have luggage to carry.. that will not be fun at all to do so on the water)

What stands out about Lubihan is that they are very good with communicating with their guests. They provide helpful information before you arrive, suggest very good places to eat, activities to do, places to visit and communicate in advance in case of issues or changes. It is also in the middle of the city - shops, restaurants, bars are in a walkable distance. I recommend getting a room with a balcony which is a nice place to chill during the day.

The location was 10/10, Aircon was COLD even at 23 degrees (something I took for granted when we switched hotels LOL), I got sick during my stay and they helped me a lot! Provided extra blankets, medicine, cold compress for my fever, water heater and basin as requested. They were very prompt with my requests as well.

Its true that the water tastes and smells like metal but they do provide even drinking water to use for that. There were also some stains in the bedsheet, this could be improved. Not a big issue for me tho!
