Walkable from terminal 2, open 24h, I got great value booking in advance on booking .com. I didn't see a sign at first but asked the first person I saw working at the airport and they kindly showed me the way to go, after that it was easy to find. Free selection of tea and banana chips were nice (they also have other beverages and fruit snacks to purchase). I was flying from europe and designed my trip to have a night at cebu instead of manila airport which turned out to be a great idea as cebu airport is way smaller, nicer and has this handy aerotel. So I would recommend this to anyone who can't make it to their final destination in the philippines in one day.

There was some noise seemingly coming from the bathroom pipework towards the morning. I popped in my earplugs and was fine. This was single room 111 which was in a small area with just three rooms, so maybe other rooms don't have this issue...

Perfect for what it provides

Unfortunately booking through a third party )Booking.com) made things complicated as I thought I had booked one night but the hotel said I had booked a six hour stay. This is not at all clear from my booking with Booking.com so I had to pay twice as I could not cancel for any refund the 6-hour booking.

Location - level 1 of Mactan International Airport Terminal 2 and as such 3 minutes away from check in counters for international Terminal 2. About 5 - 7 minutes walk to domestic terminal.

Room a bit small even for solo traveller. TV and telephone not working. Although, I am only there to sleep. I am 5’2” and I just fit the bed. Bed might be too short for people over 5’7”. Unless, you have rooms with longer size beds?

Absolutely perfect stay on the airport grounds. My inbound flight was delayed so I missed check in at my original hotel. I booked Aerotel with one hours notice and they couldn't have been more helpful, even when I arrived at 2am. Literally minutes walking away from terminal 1 (as I was for domestic) and situated within terminal 2. Perfect place to just crash out after a long day of travels and the stress of things not going to plan. Comfortable beds and good AC. Nice simple washroom as well with toiletries provided so no need to even unpack. I didn't use the television but according to the channel list there was a large variety.

The convenience factor was key to our stay as our flight arrived late in the evening and our next flight was early morning. The location was perfect for our needs.

The booking was stated on the website as an adjoining room but when we arrived we were informed that do not have any. False advertising affected the ease of our travel and we possibly would have stayed elsewhere had we known. Be warned despite what the website says, they do not have adjoining rooms. Our rooms were across the way and around the corner from each other causing a lot of back and forth for us. No compensation was given.

Got in at 3am after customs and they were wide awake. Got in quickly. Made me coffee! Room was quaint and quiet. A/c was cool and quiet. Bed was super. Really enjoyed my stay!

Was awoke at 8am after something like a lizard walked across my face. Looked around and couldn’t see anything. There was a scratching sound in the walls and roof. When manager came in a birdie was fling around. Maintenance came in with a stick and I requested don’t kill it. Left door open and just as it tried to fly out manager passed the door. Turned around and crashed into the wall. Manager caught it and released it. I liked what manager did but greatly disliked maintenance trying to hit it with a stick when it was just trying to get out. Kudos to the manager.

Amidst the bustling airport, I found an unexpected oasis of tranquility—no roar of jet engines to shatter the calm. It was exhilarating to realize I didn't have to hurry; I was already where the adventure began! The thrill of anticipation electrified the air as I soaked in the moment, ready for the journey ahead.

The convenience of the location because we had landed in Manila around 10pm and had to board our next flight 6am to Cebu the next morning so this Aerotel was perfect!

If you’re planing to book it for two people but you need privacy for showers, bear in mind there’s no bathroom door.

How spacious and well lit the building was. Excellent interior design. The hotel smells very clean without those annoying hotel perfumes that irritates us whose hypersensitive due to our asthma. The staff are always greeting us and very attentive . Very approachable . I like the vibe and excellent value for money

Just the parking space but nevertheless the security guard save us space and assisted my dad. The gym is not 24 hours

Location is great, it’s in 2nd floor of the mactan international airport, you don’t need to wake up early if you have a flight to catch, Miss Hannnah is very helpful, she helped me booked my 2nd stay in aerotel.
