The bed was comfortable. Good that there is a heater. I always stay here when i am in transit. The times ive been here are work trips, usually just an overnight layover before i need to take another domestic flight. It's v near the airport. It's also near a mall so you have mo problem with food and toiletries.

I don't like that the tv still kinda glows even when it's turned off. The screen is black but you know it's still on so i have to unplug it when im abt to sleep.

The affordability and distance from the Mactan International Airport. A 3-minute walk outside leads you to a mall as well with many fast food options.

There was a short power outage during my stay and the hotel doesn't have a back up generator. The cleanliness of the bathrooms were okay but needs improvement.

The location is perfect for the airport. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a good coffee shop and on the ground floor. My room was small but perfectly comfortable for a solo traveler.

Only cash was accepted and I could not pay by card…

Close to the airport for a stop over and easy to get too. Mind you the airport Taxi people try to Rip you off. Spoke to the hotel and it should be 100. We paid 300 but they started off a 700

It's accessible. It's near the airport and nearby mall.

Toiletries are limited. Their comfort room has no bidet. In the absence of bidet, there is just one small water scooper and no bucket, for hygienic purposes.

Much better than last time, when in fairness we were just coming out if COVID...ie credit card was willingly accepted, front desk had a smile and the wake up knock on the door happened -and at the agreed time

Cleanliness, the staff are all accomodating, helpful and kind, the restroom is clean and the location of the hotel is just near the airport, resto and malls

Just one thing - elevator. Though the staff are all helpful we need to take into considerations that they are also getting tired

From arrival through to departure, the staff were always very proficient, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. Next time, I will stay here longer and catch the 'go-to' places. Would definitely recommend.

The place is just beside Island Central Mall. 10-15mins away from airport. Very convenient. The staffs were very helpful, courteous, and always wear a smile

The internet is poor and inconsistent.

The room is enough and theres a quote in the wall which i like the most. Me and my fiance took photos out from it. Its our first hotel when my fiance arrives also the last hotel we stay before my fiance depart from cebu going back to his country.

the color of bedsheet to be honest. its easier for the bedsheet to be stain when its white. but we manage to make sure the beds are not left with stain and is clean as it is when they let us in the room.
