In general it was a good experience. Breakfast was quite asian style and varied a lot. Good rooms and nice rooftop pool. Good location surrounded by everything you need

The AC in the gym was not working most of the time. The laundry service was insanely expensive, charging $1 per pair of underwear, while you could cross the street and do 8kg of laundry for the same amount. Breakfast was very good, but i would like some "European" options. Like some ham and cheese or yogurt.

I love the location and how convenient it was. As a parent, I did not have to worry about forgetting to bring certain things that we might need because the hotel's location was in the middle of everything. Bonus that it is connected to the mall, super love that. The rooms were nice and comfortable, the hotel staff were really friendly and proactive.

There was a dead cockroach in the cabinet under the bathroom sink. A few molds in the crevices of the sink and the bathroom glass walls. Might be nice also to add a water dispenser in the hallways.

Breakfast price when not included in the room rate, the smell on the corridors, the knocking at the door when the sign 'do not disturbe' is on, and the noise of the vacuum cleaner in the morning. Only 2 elevators working making it difficult to travel between floors during peak hours. Staff time distribution on the lobby: 2 or more during low peak time, 1 only during high peak time (check out time)

Got upgraded to suites!

An elevator wasn't working. Since there a conference going on during my stay, this made the queues longer than they should be.

Overall Property - Very good and well maintained. Nice upscale presentation of the lobby and public spaces. Room - The rooms were spacious. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure. Very good A/C. Good wifi. Service and Staff - Excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Attentive. Location - Very convenient location. Direct access to the mall (without having to get in the heat). Most every service was a short walk away. Restaurants, shopping, laundry, spa. Not fancy, upscale gallerias; but meets all needs and comforts. Safety - Very safe. Security officers are everywhere managing traffic, pedestrians, and have a good presence in the neighborhood at all hours.

Elevators were very slow. Very slow. Long wait to get a lift. One of three was not functioning for the duration of our visit.. By the end of our stay, a second elevator was out of service. Took forever to get downstairs for check out. Pillows were not great. Too soft. Walls are thin. We can hear the small children in the neighboring room and in the hallways.

The location is great for where I want to be. It’s located in a mall complex with numerous shops for various things you need. Basement 2 parking is available for hotel guests at section 202-203 if I remember correctly. It has elevator access to go up to the lobby and rooms. The community is quiet and one feels safe walking around.

The customer service of all the staff, they are super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect next to the shops and restaurants.

Would love to allow drinks and food at the swimming pool area. Should provide a bar, good when hanging out by the pool.

The room they assigned us for this stay was very nice! I like that there’s a gym, and that the hotel is connected to the mall. But, Eastwood is a city in and of itself, so guests will want for nothing in terms of food places. As a hotel guest, you’re entitled to 1 free car pass per day. It’s my new favorite hotel in Manila.

The wifi was a little unpredictable in the room. Maybe, it’s the location of the room. Also, the gym equipment could be upgraded to newer, better models. A lot of guests, me included, choose hotels that have a gym. Nonetheless, the gym is sufficient.

Its connected to the mall , lots of places to eat, great staff.

Clean but there is still cocroches found! One elevator working for all 39 floors , one point its so busy waited for 40 mins . I think what they shoukd do is when they know there is a lot of check ins or events happening in the hotel they should activated other elevetors so its not just one elevetor working for 39 floors! its annoying!
