I liked the location, spacious room, good value for money, food at the onsite resto, professional staff, very comfy beds and pillows.

The safety deposit box in room 310 was not working and the fridge was plugged out of the power socket without any way to plug it back on as the furniture could not be moved. It was ok as we did not use both of them.

The room was really huge for 1 person which is good. I like that it was a space to put my hand carry luggage. The food during breakfast was not bad. TV was functioning well. The hotel is also just across Eastwood via a walkway or bridge.

I feel the room is a bit dark even with all the lights on - I had to open the curtains for my work calls.

They have the same room standards compared with the other Microtel locations. Clean, spacious rooms and complete amenities. Great job!

I just wish that room rates were almost same with their UP technohub branch. I availed the same room with almost the same room rate, however, breakfast was not included compared to the UP technohub branch. So I have to pay an additional amount to avail it.

There's nothing Micro about Microtel. It's a very unassuming hotel. The rooms, bathrooms and beds are big (even their standard rooms) and very clean. The aircons and TVs were functioning well. Breakfast is a buffet spread with plenty of choices for its price - not to mention delicious. The staff are very polite and efficient - and they remembered me from a previous stay in another Microtel! Big shout out to Ryan at the front desk and the night shift security guard!

No iron and ironing board in the room. On both occasions when I stayed in Microtel I had business to attend to and would have loved if I was able to iron my clothes

friendly staff, clean rooms & restrooms! plus good buffet food, especially breakfast buffet! i love it

There's certain smell like a sewer in the lobby at night. and also when we turned on our aircon, it smelled like sewer. we asked the staff to check it but no one came :( but it was okay since we were not in the room the whole time.

I like the clean room with great amenities. The housekeeping staff were also able to make up my room immediately. They have done a great job, too.

The property is very accessible to my work location and it’s near the Eastwood City Mall. I find it very comfortable and very clean too.

Just a very limited time for the kitchen. Hopefully the time to extend until 12am instead of 10pm :)
