Everything! Clean, practical, pleasant place. Staff are 100% friendly and accommodating. They will always greet you whenever they see you, which really make a lot of difference. All you need in a room is there, if only they can provide a mini fridge and DIY laundry, I would really think it's perfect! I will always come back to Go Hotel Ortigas simply because it exceeds my expectations. My favorite hotel in the metro.

Nothing really. Keeping fingers crossed you can add a mini fridge and small stool in the room as well as laundry service in the near future.

The staff were quick, happy to help and friendly, the hotel's location was perfect, and it offered great value for money.

Although face wash, hand wash, and body wash were provided, it would be perfect if the washroom also included essentials like toothpaste and separate hair care products, such as shampoo and conditioner—especially for the first day of stay, when foreigners/ guests like me often arrive directly from the airport.

Location and over all facilities are great. The staff are courteous and very helpful.

A few things inside the room needed repair (bottom portion of some parts of the wall needed plaster, I think).

Room has a large and comfortable bed. Shower and toilet are clean and sanitary, with soap dispensers on the sink and shower. WiFi is good and can stream Netflix films/series without interruptions.

Folding table is unstable with loose screws making it worrisome to use even for just laptops. Toilet would have been better to have a soap dispenser as well. Television was too complicated to use, had to resort to wifi for entertainment.

Very near, Rob Galleria! Accessible also to the MRT a good 15 mins walk from Ortigas Station, clean and cold room, I had a great sleep! Staff also is very nice, there was also an area to eat in every floor like a community table and water dispenser

there were some dark spots in the tiles of the shower, no free toiletries specifically the basic ones like toothbrush, hand soap etc, given that this price is almost 2K a night

I like it being affordable, being near Robinsons, SM and Podium. I like how the lobby smells good every time we come in and leave the hotel.

We arrived at 8AM but we knew it was early for check-in, so we went to Robinsons at 10AM. We were told to come back at 1PM to check-in as they were still cleaning. We were back by exactly 1PM, but still were not able to check-in. They mentioned that the rooms are still unavailable when there was a huge group that checked-out at 9AM. They need to improve timeliness.

Everytime we are visiting Philippines we are staying in this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything that we need. The rate is cheaper compared to other hotels in the neighborhood.

The breakfast is basic and it's almost the same everyday. A bit greasy. They have a free water but you cannot drink it because of the smell. Some rooms are too small and you can hardly move around if you have a lot of luggages with you.

I chose it for its location and it’s great for short, busy trips wherein you just need a place to sleep after a long day. The bed is actually quite comfortable. It’s great value for money.

The room we got had no window, which I wasn’t really aware of when I booked, but since it’s a hotel inside this big corporate-looking building, it’s not surprising. Not really staycation-worthy, but as I’ve mentioned, it’s still a good option if you only need a place to sleep.

I supposed to exit for one day because they were fully booked but they went above and beyond for reserving the slot for me as soon as it became available, while i was asleep, so i need not to leave for one day during my 49 days total stay. The staff are also friendly - One of the guards and a cleaner even welcomed me back as I am a regular guest here.

Wifi was kinda slow Shower head in room 430 is broken

I like the location. Its within the CBD.

The Hotel don't have available parking space when we arrived. We have to wait until 7pm in order to park our car inside the parking area. Same for the second day when we left the hotel and when we come back there is again no vacant parking space and we have again to wait until 7pm again. We park our car to the nearby Galleria and the parking area of Galleria is very hot and we have to spend for the parking fee for 2 days at Galleria. Suggest to have additional parking space for Go Hotels guest.
