Breakfast was great. Many options and a great variety of different Filipino entrees and breads. The staff remembers what we like. For example, cooking our sunny side up eggs. Super friendly staff at breakfast, the front desk, bell service, and housekeeping.

As usual, we didn't like the bugs and pests that pervades the room. Though management tries to have pest control, they do come out eventually. Housekeeping will spray upon request. If not for the hotel's proximity to Megamall, we probably won't come back. But we do because of it and it's friendly staff.

First visit to the Philippines 🇵🇭 I loved it very much. The country is very clean and quiet and the people are happy .. thank you, Philippines, for making my trip joyful. I will visit it again. The location of the towers is excellent near everything and I will choose this place again if I come back for sure. All the staff are nice and helpful 👍

Cockroachs, cockroachs, cockroachs .. 🪳 they started showing up a few days after we arrived, which makes us uncomfortable 😐 also we tried breakfast, and I wish there were more kinds of food and cheese .

Room size, breakfast included, value for money, refund of my last night

First I received an email on booking.com that my booking would be cancelled if I would not pay by 9pm on the checkin day, but I mentioned that I would pay at the property on booking.com. I was proposed to send the payment by bank transfer. I was worried my booking would be cancelled when I arrived at the hotel. I called the hotel to explain them I was travelling to Riyadh on that day and woud pay upon arrival. 4 different staff asked me for my booking number but nobody understood. In the end I called booking.com and they liaised with the property.

The space was great, since I stayed a week I wanted room to work and eat, not just a bed. There was a kitchen and a table with chairs to sit down for a meal. I was in a corner of the building so it was relatively quiet. The location (right across the street from huge malls) was excellent.

The kitchen utensils were limited, though available on request. The hallway was smelly and noisy at times (because the doors slammed). The swimming pool was not what I expected: either a nice place to hang-out or a place to have some swim exercise. It wasn't suited for either.

My room was a western style accommodation with a bathroom that Americans are used to (toilet is separate from the shower, which I really appreciate). It was clean and comfortable, and the AC was working. Staff was also friendly and helpful. Twin Towers is near SM Megamall, which was the host of an event that I attended, so the walk to the venue was brief and convenient. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Will consider Twin Towers again next time I'm in the area.

Well, the only thing that made me uncomfortable was a single roach that invaded my room when I opened my door briefly to hang up my do the disturb sign. After 1v1'ing and slaying the creature I never saw another roach afterward. I assume (and hope) it was just a wandering roach from the city. Since it was the only one I saw, and since it came from the outside, this didn't affect my review.

The location is very accessible to everything. The staff, esp France the housekeeper, are all very nice, well mannered and respectful. They are keeping the rooms very clean and organize. Bell boys are very helpful and kind.

I hope you can improve your breakfast area. The place looks like a confined space, the floors are also not clean. Even though theres no good view, its always best to have the curtains up for a natural sunlight.

The airconditioner is too loud it's disturbing our sleep. The receptionist upon our check in make us parked our car in the pay parking outside the hotel. She didn't tell us that there's a parking space wirhin the hotel that .we just have to pay. She should have told us that there's a pay parking within the hotel para di na kami nagbayad outside tas pinagpark din kami after an hour sa hotel. We're willing to pay naman sana lng sinabi na nya agad kasi we travelled for almost 8 hrs and very tiring ung pinagpark kami sa pay parking sa labas ng hotel den saka kami pinagpark sa hotel after an hour. Sana upon check in sinabi na nya na pay parking sa hotel which is willing nmn kami to pay. Thank you

The location is very accessible to supermarket and mall, clean room, cozy and quiet place for staycation.

The water in pools are very cold, no heater to make it warm, jacuzzis are not working and water in it was dirty. The wave pool was also under maintenance, it's just a simple pool. But the aesthetic in pool area was nice, you just need more improvements on how to make them work the way they use to be.

Location will be 100% to pick this hotel. It is across from SM Mega Mall. Plenty of selections for food, restaurants and shopping. Staff was amazing. Thanks to everyone, especially Rodel who was there for us most of the time.

Third time staying here, building is dated. BSA Twin Towers could see more visitors and tourists if they do a little bit of renovation. Overall it’s still a decent and happy place to stay.

Bed, computer desk, A/C, shower, kitchen etc are all excellent for the price. Router for internet is provided in each room - that provides secure Internet connection to run remote desktop applications.

Early check-in (for a fee) would have been available instead of waiting in reception area till 2:30pm. Reception area is crowded till 3pm everyday - apparently everyone is waiting for check-in.
