1. location - within walking distance from shang, megamall. there's 711 downstairs and it's open 24/7. easy to find for delivery riders in case you wanna order food 2. quiet - there's a busy street right in front of the hotel but it's still quiet. can hear some noise from neighboring rooms but not really a big deal 3. perfect if you're on a budget 4. wifi works well 5. staff are easy to approach and they always greet you with a smile 6. plenty of parking spaces but it could also be because i did not park on a peak day

1. key card needs to be updated for a lot of times. it's a hassle to be honest, i just used it in the elevator and when i was to enter my room, it's not working anymore 2. pillows aren't as comfy as I exoected it to be. i hope the hotel change them

The room was very basic, but you get what you pay for so no complaints there. The twin beds were fairly small so if you are a bigger/taller person you have to maybe reconsider or don't share a room and get a queen bed. It was fine for us though, and the bedding was clean and fresh. The pillows (one per bed) were also tiny and soft so keep that in mind if this is an issue to you. There is no toothbrush or toiletries except for a top to toe wash so bring your own. I always do that anyway. There are towels but those are thin and could be improved. However, they do the job anyway. Happy that they have a bidet by the way! The rooms also look new and seem clean and maintained well. This place is perfect if you just need an affordable place to stay in Ortigas for a short time. They have free parking in the building which was great! There is also a 7-11 on the ground floor!

Towels could be a little bit better, and while fairly close to the malls,, it's not really an easy walk in this heat. But overall a good location nonetheless.

The room was very comfortable, and since it was a family room, it worked perfectly for us. My mom and sister were especially happy with the space and amenities. It provided a cozy and relaxing environment, making it a great choice for families. Overall, we were all pleased with the room and its comfort.

The location is a bit far from restaurants, so you’ll need a driving app to find the area, but it’s not a big issue. Considering the price, it’s definitely worth it. The convenience of having everything else within reach makes up for the distance.

The location is very near the place where I live. It is near SM MegaMall where I can workout at Slimmers World Elite. Itis near The Podium, Robinsons Galleria, Shang Place, and the Greenfield District.

It's about the food choices. It is not that I did not like it, I very much like Korean food. But I was looking for breakfast choices. I wish there were more breakfast choices. Also, TV channels are okay, but I wish there were more movie channels to choose from.

- no kettle ,tea and coffee -no bottled water -no complimentary toiletries (only tissue roll provided) - bath towels already beat up and not white anymore. -no slippers -when you take shower the water drain is slow and can overflow on the bathroom

The rooms were an adequate size with a very good toilet and shower. The rooms were very clean and housekeeping kept that up. Good security in place with key cards required to operate the lifts and very efficient and friendly security staff The staff, from front desk, security and housekeeping, etc. were very efficient, friendly and helpful and all went out of their way to help. As soon as you enter the reception area you can smell the freshness and cleanliness

There was nothing that I didn't like.

Budget inn hotel that's right to budget consciuos family. We tavelled as a family group, they made sure they booked us on a adjoining family rooms. 2 mins walking distance to SM Megamall, clean rooms and comfortable bed. Good parking and all staff are courteous and helpful.

First come first serve parking, slippery toilet-needs matting.

The room was spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was excellent as it was near the offices, malls and restaurants.

The walls lacked acoustical treatment. The noise from the next room was quite disturbing. Doors do not have silencers when they closed. Due to these, sleep was on and off, especially around 4am onwards.

I like everything. Excellent staff..very accomodating..nice and clean rooms.

No NBA TV Philippines channel on TV. NBA regular season is now ongoing until June. I'm from the USA and I don't want to miss the games. Bathroom door will not shut tight and water flows out to the bathroom floor. Need to put a hanger by the bathroom door. No phones on the room to call front desk.

+ Clean, comfortable & spacious enough, convenient, location near mrt. There are also nearby convenience stores.

- Clogged sink. We reported it to the staff cause the water took time to drain and they just instructed us to push down the cover. I thought they will come to fix it but no one came. No bath towels available inside our room so we have to request it.
