staffs- we didn't like the TV's reception, it's quite blurry, maintenance had a look and they quickly change it to a bigger one, whoah! that was quick! I appreciate their quick response to our concerns. good job guys! breakfast- love the food, the staffs are quick to attend to our request (including taking photos haha) location - it's just a few steps from the church I am attending and near my favourite Robinson's galleria pool - love the jacuzzi and the size of it! comfort - pillows and bed are very comfy!

Accessible, near malls. Spacious room.

We weren’t informed that a swimming diaper is required for toddlers to get in the pool. So we were declined at the pool area and we didn’t know how to tell the kids. We ask again and told them that our toddler was potty trained and if they could kindly let us as we weren’t told about this rule when we checked in. After a few back and forth they finally told us they are selling swimming diapers for 75 pesos each so we bought one just so our kids can start swimming. Breakfast Buffet selection was only limited compared to other hotels. Bathroom amenities didn’t include lotion and kitchen didn’t have hand soap.

Room was beautiful and very spacious! Food quality at Nostalgia and through room service - excellent! We found the buffet choices to be very well planned; though the buffet room was small, the choices covered everything we were looking for. Staff were very attentive to our needs and went the extra mile; we arrived early on our first day and had lunch at Nostalgia after checking in, leaving our bags with the concierge; a staff member came up to us at Nostalgia to give us our keys, as our room preparations were finished while we were having lunch. This is stellar service! Beds were comfortable, and the two-bedroom unit had everything we needed: even proper washing machine facilities!

Parking :( We do understand that the property is in a building that has offices, but given that we had made our reservations early (and pre-paid in full several days ahead), we felt that there could have been reserved parking. It was inconvenient to look for parking nearby because Ortigas Centre is very busy on a weekday. The property should have its own reserved parking for guests (at the very least, guests who pre-paid their hotel bill.) This is a shame because service was impeccable in every other way.

Joy-Nostalg Hotel and Suites really delivered everything I asked for. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was large, with a steam machine control in the shower area. The breakfast was really good and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was also perfect as it was very near to the shopping malls. Overall, I had an amazing experience and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Hospitality and helpfulness of staff from the security to the housekeeping, location and the amenities; kudos to the security guard in the parking area cos he was so calm despite i was already upset knowing that there was no parking slot being reserved for us.

I was at first disappointed cos i didnt get the room i wanted but they offer the complimentary extra bed. There was no communication cos as i gace them time to setup fornthe extra bed, that never happened that i have to remind again the front desk what they promise to do. Another thing that made me disappoint is that they are supposed to have one parking slot for those who check in but unfortubately informed that it is First Come, First Serve. And despite they said that i have reserved slot, we were immediately informed by security that parking is full and we dont have any parking slot. Such a disappointment with what my family enciuntered but after a few moments, they resolve the parking slot issue.

The room is spacious and can accommodate a family of 4-5. It has a small kitchen which is very handy when you’re staying there for a a week or more. There’s also like a living area so you’re not restricted to just the room. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. It’s been our third time staying here whenever we are in the Philippines. The location is also near malls and restaurants.

Because of Covid protocols you’re not allowed to accept guests at the room unlike before but it’s not the hotel’s fault though.

Good bed, facilities, clean rooms. Able to check in earlier than advised. Friendly staff. Efficient elevator systems

1. Sound proofing Is less than what was expected and with heavy doors, you can hear banging of closing doors even without slamming (unfortunately the room in front of us had lots of guests going in and out) 2. Kitchen cabinets are too high that it was late when we found out there were some utensils on the upper shelves 3. Buffet breakfast was good. However when I asked for a brochure on the Breakfast sets I was given a nice one with no prices 4. Booking was for twin beds but only 1 breakfast buffet was allowed. When asked to extend privilege to 2nd family member, I was asked to contact the 3rd party provider (what a good excuse for your front desk personnel) which never replied back with a confirmation. Common sense lang naman that booking was for 2. Disappointing indeed 😑

I like the one bedroom suite because it is very spacious. A special commendation for their king bed and bathroom. I love their bathtub. The breakfast was also good. So many delicious foods were served.

No available parking space in the building. For an expensive stay they should have enough parking facility for their guests. It was difficult to find a parking space if you are new to the area. Although, they were saying they will just reimburse it, but queuing also takes time for the check-in/reimbursement area.

It is clean and we like how spacious our suites. We were so comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!

Everything. the room is very clean upon my request due to mt daughter’s asthma and the staff are very helpful. i included breakfast for my stay with families which the food and the service are great.
