Speaking for about the hotel itself, the staff was phenomenal. Every single person we encountered from the moment we were picked up at the airport, to the time we were dropped off the airport, was the epitome of professionalism and efficiency. Everyone was knowledgable and helpful! The airport pickup cars and vans were so easy to setup and find and the drivers were very professional. We had an entire wedding party here, and they made everything so comfortable and convenient. Even their bathroom amenities covered it ALL and was great quality. Room service menu was fantastic.

This is just a wishlist, but i would love a salon in the hotel! Maybe attached to the spa? Oh, the pool was a wee bit cool, a little bit more heated would be perfect.

First of all you will note the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendly staff and the spacious rooms. Everything was clean and they provided bathroom amenities too. They even gave a gift for my birthday . The restaurants serve good food and the breakfast buffet consists of Western, Asian and Filipino food, it was really good. Location is no problem, the mall and other restaurants are just a few feet away. This is my second stay and I will book another stay in the future 😁

I think the thermostat control should be adjusted, even when it was off, it was still a bit cold. That's the only thing I noted

Pretty extensive breakfast buffet although I, personally, would have loved pork tocino to be included in the buffet. My husband would have loved to have the option of poached eggs. I alsolutely loved the “taho” and how it was delivered; it reminded me of olden days. The pastry selection was also divine. Easy access to Shangri-La Plaza is a major attraction. Shopping and great restaurants are definite draw cards. Now I understand why friends love to “staycation” at the Shang. Special call-out to Nikkei Nama Bar at the Shang Plaza.

Using tetra packs for water? I am not sure I agree. Are the tetra packs recyclable?

Level of service and comfort in the hotel is excellent as always. The staff made me feel welcomed, and helped me with merging two bookings I had made because of some last minute changes I had to make to my travel schedule. I had requested fresh mangoes during breakfast, and the service staff served me some very sweet mangoes. Having mangosteens to go with it was also a nice touch.

The breakfast buffet at HEAT isn't as good as it used to be from my last visit from last year. This is the first time I ever had steamed idli and chawan mushi that was dry, in spite of being a steamed dish. The Indian and Japanese food selection could use some refinement, as it lacks spice and salt.

I decided not to avail of breakfast as I do not eat much for the price I have to pay. Also, the convention came with a breakfast conference and free flowing coffee and tea. The staff have always been and continue to be friendly and accommodating. The rooms meet my expectation in terms of cleanliness. The air conditioning is now colder unlike previous convention stays when the aircon was not as cool. Even if the hotel parking is full, I can easily park at Shangrila Mall and transfer at night to the hotel parking. The proximity to the mall and other restos and shops makes it an ideal convention site and hotel stay

For a five star hotel and for the type of room I got, there was no hairdryer. Even 3-star hotels provide a small wall mounted hair dryer.

My husband and I stayed in Tower Wing Deluxe King room for 4 nights, with a spectacular pool view. The room is very spacious, the bed size was extremely large, could fit 4 adults or family of 4. Also the room was very put together and had all we needed. The hotel has a large and cozy lobby, very easy to check in and check out, the staff is pleasant and very helpful. I really liked the pool area, it has a play ground for kids, a tropical garden and a chilling zone for adults. The hotel provides free WI FI in all areas, so it is very convenient for business travelers or individuals who wishes to stay in touch with their family and friends. Great Location!!! Just 5 mins walking distance from SM Mega Mall.

Great location and great spreadt for breakfast. Staff honoured that breakfast was included in the price, which was stated on the booking confirmation, however they tried to charge for my son.

Booking.com stated that this property offered free airport pickup. After writing to both the property and Booking.com, both denied responsibility. This was despite sharing screenshots from the website

Gosh, what was there NOT to like? Our Garden Wing room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Kudos to the housekeeping staff! Awesome fully kitted out gym with plenty of space. Breakfast was the best! so many delish-az filipino food choices. The Edsa Shangri La people were all welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful. They did their utmost to make our stay hassle-free, relaxing and totally pampered. Salamat! Location is perfect! Shangri La Plaza with shopping and eateries available only a few mins walk. The massive SM Mega Mall with heaps more shopping and eating choices, also a few mins walk. Method of transport for us was taxis via the Grab app. BGC (Bonifacio Global City) offering even more eateries and shopping amenities about a 5 min Grab ride.

No complaints from our part. If we needed something, we asked and we received.

Well-maintained hotel with excellent service. The room was very clean, and despite the hotel’s age, it was impeccably kept. Breakfast was great, with a wide selection and attentive staff. A special thanks to Ericson, Jay, Jun, Joyce staff on on our floor. And the Executive Sous Chef who was helpful and all the breakfast staff for their exceptional service. The girl who checked us out also made the process seamless. Overall, a fantastic stay!
