Hotel-like experience, I could say it’s even better cause of amenities and extra things provided by the property. You can cook, they have casseroles and kitchen cooker, microwave oven, water heater, mugs, plates. Even flat iron, washing machine, tv with netflix, extra bed mattress, extra pillows, toiletries, clean and comfy room! I couldn’t ask for more, it was a very satisfactory stay! Plus, the landlord is very approachable and accommodating to queries. No hassle checking in and out! Safe and secured building facilities. Will book again. Definitely recommended!

The Suite is special. It has all your essentials you could think of! kitchen ware, lovely bathroom, washing machine, big refrigerator, top quality dining area, finely lit in each section of the unit, comfy sofa and spacious bedroom. which honestly, other units lack in but this place does not disappoint. This place even goes the extra mile of having a bedroom ceiling fan. I’ve booked this twice already and It’s a well kept place feeling brand new every time. definitely one of my favorite places I go back to. the aroma is refreshing and the interior design has a clean modern look making it very comfortable like you’re in your own home. I appreciate the tall cabinet you can store everything in there form your luggage. It’s just well designed. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a more than comfortable stay. getting a unit with a great view is rare too but this place is situated at a perfect spot to spend time looking out at the city lights at the balcony. the owner and her assistant of this place are very easy to communicate with. kind and accommodating they’ve become some of my favorite people to interact with. I would give this place 5/5 stars for its interior design, professional staff, kind owners, affordable price, location, fast Wi-Fi, high end AC installation, top tier appliances and furniture making your stay feel like a treat.

We loved everything! The place was superb and has complete facilities. The unit owner even called to check on us. The unit smells good and clean. Free snacks and tea was given upon check in. Location is also accessible to different stores and establishments. We will surely book again soon. ❤️

The property is clean

There's nothing I can say against this condo. It's so clean and tidy as it is actually a brandnew unit. It is elegantly designed compare with most of the units of the same price. Building are so safe for the tourists, securities and staffs are so friendly. Location is perfect for shoppers, all types of transportations are just outside the foyer - from Bus, taxis, train, grab or uber etc. Owner are so kind, she made sure that I was comfortable and satisfied during my stay.

None, really. Location is perfectly accessible to almost everything(Big Malls, shops, all types of transportation are just outside your door). Place is super clean and secured

The place is very cozy, has a pretty modern interior and just enough space for 2 persons. Ate Rose was very hospitable and nice. We were able to stay for exactly 24hrs in the unit. I was surprised when she told us that we could check out by 12nn. Super sulit yung stay namin! Thank you po!

We were not able to use the netflix accounts at 11pm. Too many users at this time daw. Mej sad. Buffering din minsan yung globe wifi. Pero keri lang. Kasalanan ni Globe! 🤣

I stayed here last feb 4-6 of this month when i had my IELTs exam. I was so lucky to be their 1st guest and very fortunate enough for such wonderful experience. The place was superb, very clean and so relaxing to stay. Ate rose the care taker was so helpful and very accomoding to me and i had also d chance to talk to the owner, Ate tess...i can say, she’s d most humble person and no doubt God has blessed her so much in life. If you plan to stay in manila i would definitely recommend this place. Everything u need, malls, restaurant and transfortations are walking distance. Thank you very much ate tess and ate rose. All amenities inside, washing machine, small kitchen, Good position and easy to access by road despite the traffic No building opposite, so lots of light coming in and a nice vew or greenfield district

2/4 of the elevators were out of service (more of the property management) so long waiting times and queues. Couple of bugs here and there despite not having brought food into the appartment

Everything you need is already here. All utilities, tools, and appliances are provided in the unit. It’s also cozy and the interior design is really great.

Nothing. Perhaps what I just didn’t like was when the owner repeatedly asked us if we broke a wine glass when we left the unit with all of its stuff intact and all clean. It made us look bad. Improvement is needed on the checkout process.

Condo smells good and everything was clean! They even have free snacks for the guest. Ate Rose and the owner were accommodating.
