Overall, my stay at Jinjiang Inn had both good points and things that could have been better. On the positive side, I really appreciated how well the air conditioning worked; it was a lifesaver for beating the summer heat. I also liked having a mini-fridge and electric kettle in the room, which made things very convenient. Being able to easily order room service was great, and I was happy that daily housekeeping was available. However, there were a couple of significant issues. The table just below the TV was broken, and one of the drawers of the cabinet was also damaged. This really bothered me and made me nervous, as I was worried they might charge me for those damages. Also, while room service was easy to order, it was quite disappointing that a lot of items on the menu weren't available, which limited my food options.

I had a very pleasant stay at Jinjang Ortigas Inn. First, the room was spacious and the hot water in the shower worked wonderfully. Second, I appreciated the convenience of being able to order food directly to the room. Third, the environment was very quiet—there was no noise during my entire stay at the inn.

Jinjang Ortigas Inn is quite dated and would benefit from renovation. In my room, the air conditioning unit had a leak, although it still provided excellent cooling. Additionally, it would be appreciated if the Inn could offer more soap and shampoo for guests.

I had an extended stay, 17 days total. The location was perfect, as it was in walking distance to several nearby malls. Because I had a very long stay, I needed my "everyday comfort food & personal things" for the duration of my stay. Fortunately, one of the nearby malls has a nice full-size SUPERMARKET!!! Suggestion: Because I had a very long stay, it would have been great to have a microwave in my room. I would suggest the hotel provide a paid option (additional revenue for the hotel) to include a microwave in the room.

I had a negative. The location is great, but there is a major highway running along its side. I can hear traffic noise in my room, specifically the motorcycles. I'm a very lite sleeper, so the traffic noise was disturbing my sleep early in the morning (the traffic noise dies down overnight, thank goodness).

I had an amazing experience during my stay. My flight got canceled, and I had to change my plans last minute. The team was incredibly accommodating, moving my booking to the following day without any issues. The staff was super friendly, and check-in was smooth when I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly what I needed after a long travel day. The breakfast was fine, with a little variety, and they even made me eggs just the way I wanted. I truly appreciated their hospitality, and I’m so grateful for how they handled everything. Highly recommend!

I only had breakfast once and paid in cash on arrival, it was a good buffet with a lot of options, but personally I want something lighter and few in the morning than a lot of variety.

Wifi could be better in the apartment itself. It may perhaps differ from room to room, but in my room the wifi was rather poor in the bathroom, and occasionally poor in the big room. But since I spent a lot of time outside, it doesn't matter that much. Perhaps an improvement to the amenities would be to include Netflix or something to the TV.

I have stayed here before so knew what to expect. This time though I was in a standard room only. However it was still comfortable and the bed mattress is much better than so many normal hard Filipino hotel mattresses. Its close to the MRT and also the malls.

I paid extra for a buffet breakfast for 2 people. However on 2 mornings the buffet breakfast wasn't available due to a holiday and we were given 3 choices of what to eat. This is really not acceptable. If I am paying extra for something that is advertised as a buffet breakfast that is what I expect. So this did let the hotel down. Also I found the restaurant staff unfriendly and miserable most mornings unlike the reception staff who were always friendly and smiling.

Great value for money, super accommodating staff, nice facilties. We arrived a couple of hours early before our check-in time but the front desk staff said that our room was available so we were able to check-in immediately, without any additional charges. Beds were super comfy and the comforter was thicker compared to other hotels that are more expensive. Everything in the room is just right. The shower temperature can be adjusted to super hot to super cold, but it won't leave you shivering. The free toiletries were great too. We requested for extra pillows and were given without any additional charges. Enjoyed our NYE stay here, and we would definitely come back next time!

Carpets in the hallway needs replacing since it looks stained and a bit dated, but otherwise it was ok. Towels provided could be thicker too.

Property is well located in the middle of Metro Manila. Just 3-5mins walk to one of the biggest mall in Manila. My room is quite spacious and had a nice top floor view. Corridors and lounge are well maintained and clean. Very friendly and courteous staff-as expected to Filipino hospitality.

It could be nicer if the property provide more parking space. And a lift to go straight to basement parking. Although, all the time i stayed for 8days/night, i parked at their basement. Only 1 time it was full and they made me parked overnight just beside the hotel building, in a bank parking space.

The hotel is located across EDSA Shangri-la and is a five-minute walk away from SM Megamall. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The room is spacious enough and has all the facilities I need. There’s also a restaurant where I ordered room service.

The room looks dated, but what I didn’t like were the obvious signs, like some stains on the walls. The airconditioning unit also dripped water while I was asleep. I also found it difficult to put on makeup because the lights were dim.

The room was a good size, clean, though a microwave would have been good to have to heat up good food leftovers from good restaurants outside. Location was the best. Besides being next to my prep to high school alma matter Lourdes, it was really close to SM mega mall, crossing, our old home and everything you needed. It was really clean too. Thank you for everything.

Just clean that molded plastic awning in the front entrance and you'll be good competition.
