The rooms are decent in space and clean, with all the basic amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of usual Filipino breakfast food. The location was also good, since it is near Capitol Commons and Estancia Mall, so you can easily find restaurants to dine. With the price we paid for our stay, we did get a pretty good deal.

There’s no separate or dedicated swimming pool for its hotel guests. Each hotel guests were only given one complimentary ticket per day of stay at the hotel to access the pool and water spa areas. Each ticket is valid only for 4 hours, so if you’ll need to purchase additional ticket (with discount for hotel guests) if you/kids want to use the pool for longer hours. They are also offering the water spa/pool access to non-hotel guests so there are times that the area is crowded. They are also very strict with the required water spa/pool attire, so you might end up buying or renting some swimsuit. In spite of these, my family enjoyed their staycation.

Proximity of the location and sooo affordable considering the size and various massage facilities available. The wifi is also great and the setup of the hotel room. The staff are all so friendly, from the guard down in the parking entrance up to the entrance guards, the concierge (both front desk and car pass check out) staff.

The SPA experience is good but waters are not so clean anymore. The Hotel reception staffs are okay. The room is cold and beds are clean.

The breakfast are not so good but okay for a typical one. They do not have more variety to choose from.... food are served cold. Its a way beyond my expectation when it comes to breakfast buffet. Staffs from the locker and spa reception are not very nice at all.

Their water spa is amazing

The carpets on the floors are dirty, this makes hotel looks old. They smell. That needs to be upgraded to make hotel look nice

Our hotel room came with free water spa access and breakfast buffet. Junior Suite is spacious, with office table, chair, couch, big tv, refrigerator, kettle, water pitcher with glasses, and slippers. TV has cable with a lot of channels. Room is clean and has big windows with amazing skyline views. Bed is comfortable and clean. Bathroom is stocked with toothbrush, shampoo, soap, body wash, hair dryer, and hair brushes. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Water spa facilities are clean and relaxing. Also went to the Sky High Bar with 360 view of the city, really pretty specially at night. Prices are reasonable. Best staycation we’ve had in the Metro!

Please include quiet hours in the rules during check in. Our neighboring rooms kept running and screaming in the hallways until 1AM. Also please mention the 2k security deposit in the hotel listing.

The water spa really helps to improve my digestion and overall wellbeing, the effect lasts for at least a week. The staff are really helpful and courteous all the days we were there. The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices as and was good enough to make me happy and full. I also know that my family has the same good feedback. We hope to come back again and I hope that they have affordable price/package!

Not a big deal since it's a common thing for this kind of place to have high volume of people during check in and during breakfast. So it's better to come at an early time to avoid such traffic. But the staff are nice and helpful and punctual so you just have to patience as well.

The hotel accommodation is an amazing experience for me and my family to celebrate my Mom's 70th Birthday. We booked a total of 4 rooms Junior Suite and all exceeded our expectation of a comfortable and fabulous staycation while enjoying the Spa and Breakfast Buffet and the Videoke in the same building. Even the staff were very helpful when my brother experienced tummy ache and couldn't go down for breakfast, they were kind enough to pack his breakfast for him. Thank you for a wonderful staycation and relaxing Spa experience. Another unforgettable memory for our Family Bonding!

The dining during late afternoon snacks or early dinner which is Ala Carte takes a long time to serve. Perhaps with the number of people but my parents waited for a long time for their food to be served. We hope to have a better experience in the restaurant area.

Spa - still is a good water spa Breakfast - complimentary breakfast buffet was good with the wide array of food Room - the room is super spacious as we got a free upgrade from a deluxe room to a junior suite cpurtesy of booking.com (thank you booking.com) the living room was an added bonus which gave us more room to relax

Spa - it was unfortunately packed for the weekend, but was expected Breakfast - it could be better if there would be more "soup" option anns the utensils would be repelenished immediately so we can proceed to eating and drinking as soon as instead of waiting at least 10-15mins for those Room - the shower head is leaking, the mirror have stains and dents, the wooden tables have chips and cuts, the fridge doesn't get cold. They need to upgrade the room as it is obviously worn out now

I booked a Junior Suite room for my parents for them to enjoy the Hydrotherapy Spa that is included for hotel guests. I have requested for an early check in and as well personalization from the staff. They have exceeded my parents expectations and as an OFW daughter who only wanted to give and provide the best for them, I definitely would commend the staff and the whole team for all their effort. I am happy whenever my parents are happy.

The food selection in the buffet needs more stations like breads station as what my father said since he loves croissants etc..

- clean rooms - everything is available from the toiletries, to towels, slippers, cups/glasses, ekettle and theres even a fridge - booking.com did a great job striking a deal with ACE to include breakfast buffet and waterspa for their rates. Great job! - the soap/shampoo and towels are included in the spa as well - there's even free water in the floors so we didnt have to buy water anymore. And it's clean! Awesome! - accommodating staff, even in the restaurants and bar

- free parking for motorcycle, there is no designated secured parking space for guests like us who booked a room. but I saw that guests with rooms who have a car have free parking which i believed is covered and secured.
