The hotel location was close to good restos and had easy access to the malls and the rooftop lounge had a wonderful view of the city.

The fitness area was smaller than expected.

STAFF: 24hr reception team ensured that all your queries are met despite that many times, the lobby was busy, the team still accommodated everyone. BED: Very comfortable and linens are clean ROOM: I requested a double queen room and it was rather spacious. LOCATION: Walking distance to Capital commons and Estancia Mall. PARKING: Even on a busy week, we manage to always have a parking spot.

- Not a big thing, but I wish there is a chair by the desk inside the room for so when needed to work. - There is a bit of water leak by the toilet, but did not really affected my experience.

Everything, starting with your staff who are courteous and very helpful; the pool though small is just nice for a dip, it’s clean

1. Towels, the once white now looks very dirty; I understand it’s dry-cleaned but it doesn’t look clean anymore; can’t imagine how people used them before that it looks this dirty now. 2. Coffee is not automatically replenished, coffee cups were not changed unless asked. 3. Noise very early in the morning from students, who doesn’t care if people are still sleeping

Good location. Very cozy place. I love the most are the staff who are very friendly, approachable and very prompt when I requested for something for my room. Thanks for Harold, Ariel, Marvin, Jan & Chariety of frontdesk for the warmth welcome. I also want to thank Joshua, Gerald, Lester, Diether of housekeeping for making up my room every single day. You guys are awesome! Special mention to the security staff as well who are very friendly & helpful with the guests.

Some bath towels & bed covers look like need to be disposed.

Everything is perfect. The staff and security personnel were very accommodating. You will always be treated as a VVIP. The amenities are beyond perfection. The room is so clean and well-organized. The ambiance of the room is a plus. They always see to it that you will be comfortable all over your stay. The bathroom is clean. They always maintain cleanliness. They are consistent in their services. Overall, this is beyond perfection!

Staff were very helpful and transferred us in the middle of the night to a clean and comfortable room across the hall from a room with a water leak from the AC. Location is good is very near places to eat, a 24hr chow next door and a shopping centre in close proximity.

First room had a distinct mould smell and a leak from the air conditioning condenser. It was below the pool which needed some maintenance and a clean.

Love the bathroom, but the shower design is too open that it sprays too much water on the bathroom floor. The bath mat gets very wet and needs changing everyday after just one shower. Would be good to have a 2nd bath mat.

The hotel gave us a free brownie upon check-in! We could ask for room cleaning even in the afternoon. The hotel breakfast is actually great (but you can't know when it's a buffet or fixed menu)

The walls were kind of thin, it was easy to hear the others. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport was awful, the driver didn't know the way and took the wrong turn multiple times, he didn't think of using his phone for directions and we had to guide him ourselves with google maps. There's a police station in the proximity of the hotel so you will hear multiple sirens throughout the day.
