The room at Red Planet Hotel Ortigas is small but very clean and comfortable. The bed is cozy, the air-conditioning works well, and the bathroom has a nice hot shower. It’s simple yet convenient, perfect for a short staying,

I didn’t like that there was no water station on the guest floors. Guests have to go down to the lobby just to refill their water bottles. It’s quite inconvenient, especially if you need water late at night.

Red planets are great. It's a hit or miss, depending on the location and staff. The staff here are very professional and will help as much their able to. The guards help regarding pointing to where points of interest are. Over all its great. The only downside I'd say in my opinion are how dusty the rooms are, the shower was good but it had a leak by the spout area, and also the soap dispenser is rather annoying, any slight bump , rcan pop off the lid and this is at every red planet. Other than that, I give this particular location an 8.5. I will come back for sure.

Clean, cold just the way I like it, the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Stayed there for 9 days and would stay again.

It had a free airport pick up when I booked. But it never arrived because I booked at Manila and the driver was Cambodian and in Cambodia for some reason. Maybe a technical error. I waited at the airport and tried to call the driver but of course his number was Cambodian. Took a ride to the hotel myself.

Location was good, near restos, other shops, and within relative walking distance of Estancia Mall. Room was clean and acceptable in size. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Reception forgot to return our IDs right away. It also slipped our minds. Good thing the staff remembered and called us 30 mins (!!) after we left so we were able to return to get the IDs back. But that was such a hassle because the traffic in the area worsened and we had to get thru that. We would have been so angry if we were on our way to the airport at that time and this situation happened.

Staff are very accommodating

Only problem I encounter was the power Outlets. You need to do certain position of your charger etc. to make it work. Both power outlets have problem. I encounter this problem on almost the room on the past few months I stay with the hotel. Already told it to the Beautiful and Handsome staff on the front desk. This needs to be attended by the Maintenance staff and the hotel manager.

The location is very convenient to where we want to go. The bathroom is of perfect size and the shower is the best- strong water and easy to mix hot and cold water for the shower.

No wardrobe to hang clothes; room quite small as there is very small space for the luggages. It’s fine if you will stay for a night.

First, I found the staff very helpful and accommodating, especially Betina from the front desk. The room was clean, the bathroom was neat, and the aircondition is working well. I was also delighted to see a hair dryer available. There are two convenient stores that are located near the hotel. The hotel location was very accessible and easy to find when booking a grab ride.

It will be a great addition to improve the hotel if there's a water kettle available since I love drinking coffee in the morning.

Staff were awesome place was clean and oh my shower was awesome!

The police there are corrubt everybody vaping and smoking and police take 3 k from me for vaping mind you there are 1000's of Ciggerates butts all over!!!!! 3 k or go to jail he says.

Swift check-in and check-out. Good WiFi connection. Location is near the offices that I needed to visit. There's free water at the lobby. Rooms are clean, water pressure is good and there's a bidet.

They only provide one keycard that is also used for the room power. When one needs to get something from the lobby, even if the other is still in the room, the electricity would be out.

We asked for an early check-in and we were able to be accommodated. The room was clean and the shower was very good as advertised. They have snacks that you can buy at the counter and they allowed delivery service as long as you picked it up yourself.

The rooms are very very small and "table" fixture we had in our room was already bent downwards like someone had put a heavy weight on it. That space was also very small so it was difficult to eat on the surface, better to eat outside and just use the hotel as somewhere to sleep. Since the room is small, luggage might be difficult to fit in the room.
