Happy Hearts Month in 2025! Had a nice and comfortable stay, Not too crowded. Appreciated the new breakfast options. Stayed here for almost many times already. Great service. Had a slight issue with a room-mate who got confused with his bed assignment to mine. He just counted the numbers of beds and assume that's his. He did not noticed the existing number coding per bed, nobody told him to look out for, when he checked-in, according to him. I also informed and notified the Admin / Front Desk the soonest about the situation, for there reference. Anyhow, all was well over all.

The bed was really comfy and the WiFi was good as well. Everything was clean and I liked the fact that they had lockers and a free breakfast to start the day. The MRT station was just a short walk from the hostel. That was really convenient as well.

I came at 7am to have an early Check-In at 8am. Very kind to offer this and I really appreciate it. I really understand that I cannot use the shower before my Check-In. I consider this as normal because it should be available for the guests who are already checked-in and by default I would not ask for it. But when I asked the elderly staff lady if I could at least quickly use the toilet before my check-in, she said no. This I find it little bit too much😔 Because going to toilet I see it more like a basic need. I had stomach issues after my journey to Manila so I was suffering until my Check-In-time and didn't have such a great start. Apart from that I had a very good experience at the hostel. Thank you again.

Love that they change the linen every 4 days. The staff also informed me that we can ask to change the towel every 2 days.

Some of the tenant open the light in the room as soon as they arrived and kept it on even if they are out of the room and even if not necessary since there are individual lights per bed. Some eats and drinks inside though there's a signage that no food and drinks allowed.

Friendly staffs and location

I understand that they need to do an AC maintenance but it would be better if the schedule is after check out time to avoid disturbing people. It is also unfair to people who need to check out on the same day of the scheduled maintenance because it lessens their time to rest some more.
