I absolutely like the strategic location. The cleanliness and the behaviour of the staff. They perform professionally in terms of responding to queries even though I know that they are exhausted.

I have been at BSA Twin Towers since their opening in 2012. For almost a decade, it's been my second home every time I'm back in the Philippines for vacation. I spent more than 7 nights and the most is 10 nights including my family. In April 2022, I checked in and was informed that they removed the complimentary bottled water even if I have paid for 7 nights. They said the policy changed maybe because of the losses during the pandemic. Also, the rain shower is noisy and the AC is dripping wet which only needs servicing and maintenance.

The room was large with plenty of closet space and the bed was comfortable. The view of the city was very nice. The pools were very enjoyable. Everything was very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is directly across from the entrance to the SM Megamall. Just walk across the street and your in the mall. Just inside the mall is a large grocery store which is very convenient.

1. The hot water in the shower would run out after a few minutes and gradually get cold. 2. There was a small leak in the window when it would rain. 3. The way the curtain and shade is positioned, you can't block out the daylight completely. 4. The kitchenette had no pots or pans etc. I found out later that you can request them, but seems like if the room comes with a kitchenette, that you would not have to ask for those items. 5. The bathroom sink faucet was difficult to operate and would get stuck and made a grinding noise. 6. I could not get any channels on the TV. 7. At times, it would take a long time for the elevator to arrive.

staff very responsive and courteous. location is perfect since near places to eat. price is very affordable. unit is very cute, perfect ambiance to cram a deadline. wifi is very fast. view is good enough to remind you that you are still human.😹

i think towels need to be changed already. medyo luma na. i suggest elevator for people or clients be separate for elevator with carts of soiled blankets and cleaning stuff which should be the service elevator. people who book here should be warned this is a huge hotel so all kinds of noisy annoying young people, families bringing all sorts of huge bags and smelly food are part of the busy lively landscape unlike other boring places they might expect it to be🌼

We like room.its the cleaniest hotel room we ever had so far.internet is good.all in all were very happy at our 2 days staycation

Its just the time we're we checking in.we arrived 2:10pm and we're advised that 3pm is the check in time so we waited for the time,but when its already 3pm we asked them again and they said the room is not yet ready. So we waited another 45mins for us to be call to check in.we were wondering its not that so busy that day a how much when its holiday for people to check in.overall we like the whole 2 days of our staycation and we're planning to come back qgain this july 7 for another 2 days staycation which we were book already. The location is just a few steps away from huge malls. The staff are polite and heplful, especially the people at the 8F restaurant who brought soup and coffee for my elderly mom.

Although the room was clean, we found 2 cockroaches in the room. I suggest housekeeping to use Baygon or an alternative to keep cockroaches away.

1-One of two beds had a comfortable mattress, the other was rock hard. 2-There were roaches, exterminator sprayed and was much better. One is too many 3-A/C unit was very noisy, but eventually fixed with the right Tech. 4. The hotel does not follow safe hot water standards. IE hot water comes out scalding. Very dangerous rom shower 5. Stoves are old and do not heat well. 1 hour to boil a small amount of water. 15 minutes to cook one egg.

The room was a nice size and the bed was very comfortable. The location is very good. Directly across the street from the SM Megamall with lots of stores and restaurants. The AC worked well.

The hot water is extremely hot and will burn you but it will not last very long. When I was taking a shower, the water would gradually get cold until there was no more hot water at all. It takes a long time to get an elevator. The room has a kitchenette but you have to request to get any cookware.

The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They also allowed me for an early check-in. The place is also accessible since it is near the mall. I would highly recommend this hotel especially if you just want to relax and explore the city at the same time

I would just like to suggest that the hotel should include toothbrush and toothpaste on their provided necessities since almost all of the hotels that I've been to were providing all the bathroom necessities.

The Hotel is in a prime location. Just 70 steps away from Hotel entrance to Mega Mall. You can also walk for around 15 minutes to the MRT shaw boulevard station. There is no problem for public transportation as taxis, SUV, angkas motorcycle, and buses are as well available nearby. I also love how polite and helpful the staff are, from reception, guards to house keeping personnel. Check in is a bit late as room was available only at around 4pm when we checked in, lots of guests were there, a holiday. The hotel has swimming pools (Lagoon and Wave at floor 52, and it has kids playground at floor 53, pathway small garden is located at the 9th floor, gym is also available, laudry, coffee, SPAs, Massage shops are in the ground floor as well) Restaurants are all around the area. Cleaning is daily. Please leave cash tips for the cleaners as well, don't be so feeling entitled and conduce (kuripot). This twin hotels is good for business and private purpose. We booked Studio deluxe type.Price is cheaper online.

Small Cockroaches..

Excellent location. Housekeeping was very proactive. Rooms were of a decent size.

Bugs everywhere. There were bugs in the room, the bathroom and even the elevators. To be expected when in an old building, I suppose.
