LOVED the condo! manila is such a noisy place but the condo was super peaceful, up on the 45th floor there was just the occasional siren or beeping horn far below and it wasnt intrusive. It was clean and cosy and homely, the bed was comfy, very little internal noise from the neighbours, great view over manila. MRT is right next to the building and the entrance to the building is right next to the entrance to the mall on the main road. The owner's communication was great, fast and helpful.

everything about the condo was good, the rules of the building were a bit irritating, youre only allowed to use one elevator. I came down on the 'wrong' one, was in a rush but the guard refused to open the gate to let me out and insisted i get back in the elevator, go back up to the 8th floor, walk to the other elevator and come back down again. Even by the standards of Philippines bureaucracy it was a new low. TIP - as you go into tower 1 from the swimming pool area take the elevator on the LEFT to save yourself this silly nonsense.

The owner was very responsive to our requests. A cleaner comes every 4 days to tidy up the condo and changes the bed sheets and towels. They also provide a jug of filtered water. The condo unit has simple furniture but has all the basic appliances and a convenient kitchen. It has WiFi and cable, AC and water heater. It has a balcony with a view of the amenities, the 4 pools, walking path and a kids playground. Also, there’s a gym in the facility if you’re a gym enthusiasts. The condominium is connected to the Light Mall with many restaurants, supermarkets, and other variety of stores. It has a bridge connecting to the monorail system (MRT) which you can take if you want to avoid the heavy traffic. You can easily reserve a cab thru an app GRAB (which you have to download). The only downside, Is the heavy traffic with all the motorcycles, cars, jitneys and buses congesting the road.

All was good.

Host were accomodating. Shes responsive and will reply to your msg as soon as she can. She preparedly have like the steps on how and which. She lets me checked in by the earlier time 10 am without adding fee. Toiletries and everything were okay. I understand the wifi sgnal since its inevitable nowadays even pldt, converge, etc encounter net outage too ( not a prob at all since its in the city duh we all have data nowadays) i am satisfied for the cleanliness and will book again for the future. Internet. Possibly its because of the provider not the host fault plus who doesnt have data right? Were in the city we can just open our data conenction.

The host was very friendly and accomodating. I find the unit very clean and during my stay, I was offered housekeeping multiple times. Since it's a condo unit, I feel very secured. I love that there is an SM Light Mall and the location is accessible

I find the security very strict at times but kind of understandable. For someone who is always cold and not comfortable using an aircon, a comforter or a thicker blanket would be appreciated.

It was the most superb and amazing place we've stayed in the heart of Mandaluyong. There is a supermarket on the ground floor. Easy check-in and check-out. The staff was very accommodating. They have appliances for cooking and clothes ironing. The best of it all is the pool view, and their elevator is fast.

Although there was a heavy smell of smoke during our check-in, it was manageable by opening the window and turning on the exhausts. Would have been best if they could do it prior to the guest's check-in time

The temperature I love it, wifi perfect, cable tv since I love watching, the kitchen since I love to cook

Since I smoke, there should be smoking area. And the bedsheets should be comforter, bit trouble with the shower but was fixed by my bro.

Nice place with an equipped kitchen area and big TV with netflix. Location is convenient to MRT and a crowded supermarket.

The building has many many rules, the most of absurd of which is that no eating or drinking is permitted at covered picnic tables adjacent to the pool area. There are evidently fines if one wanders into the wrong tower? Not sure what that's all about, but it seems to be a Filipino thing.

The location is very convenient, with the SM shopping center located just beneath the building. The only drawback is that you have to walk quite a distance from the main building to reach your condo. However, aside from that, it was a fantastic stay. The host is helpful and very responsive to questions—great value for money!

I like the ambience . The peaceful night sleep , the location accessible to malls and restaurant accesible to MRT Station . easy access to airport The host is very kind and giving you instructions how and what to do inside the property

Easy check-in! Location was perfect - The building is adjacent to MRT Boni so it was easy for us to commute. It is also next to SM Light and Alfamart convenience store. The kitchen appliances were all working well so we were able to do minimal cooking. A water heater and an AWM were available to use in the bathroom. Toiletries were provided TV and wifi were working well The pool was well maintained. We bought pool access for a day but we were not able to use it because of the heavy rain, my husband went to the 8th floor and ask if we can still use and they allowed us to the next day. The host was very accommodating, we were very pleased! She even let us stay for late check-out without even asking why and didn't ask for extra. That day we got a late-night flight, and we don't know where to go before our 11 pm flight. 1 PM at the airport is too early if we check out at noon so the extra free 5 hours we got were used for swimming and napping before the long flight home. Comfortable bed. The balcony was a plus! We would be happy to rebook if we happen to stay again in Manila.

The unit is on the 41st floor, and you must take two elevators. My husband found just a little cockroach on one of the cabinets. we didn't know how it got there since everything was cleaned and looked well-maintained. We didn't see more after this one. These are only minimal flaws we found which are all tolerable. aside from what's written above we totally enjoyed staying at the unit.
