The accomodation was top-notch, the best among the best! The room was spacious, everything was clean, and they had all the amenities I needed. The customer service was outstanding, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Good wifi connection and it’s close to everything you could want like the beach, restaurants, they can do your laundry too and there’s even a fantastic coffee shop on-site with the most amazing iced coffee in town! The staffs were incredible and friendly, always eager to help with everything you need. A special shout-out to Ace at reception he truly went above and beyond. This guy is like your own personal assistant in Port Barton! He’s always ready and always answered all my questions, he also helped me book fun island tour activities, and arranged transportation for me, all at cheap and awesome prices! With Ace around, all I had to do was relax and enjoy everything Port Barton has to offer. Westpoint made my trip unforgettable, and I can’t wait to come back. I admit, at first, there was slight hesitation upon booking because aside from the many positive reviews, there were also some low score ones. But boy am so glad that i followed my guts to book here because during my stay i realized how silly those low score reviews were. They’re basically just saying that they don’t know how to read. Most, if not all, negative comments says that there is no aircon and hot shower when it is clear in the listing information of the hotel that those things are not included. It’s clear some people didn’t bother to read the listing properly about air conditioning and hot showers were never promised, and yet they complained about it. Don’t even waste your time on those reviews, besides, who needs hot shower? it’s already hot in the Philippines!

The place is not just good overall but what made it best is the warm welcome. Your stay in Port Barton felt better because the family and the staff that receives you there is very kind and helpful to every request, it feels so comfortable as if you were at home. The family there is very accommodating. The reception guy, Ace was always attentive and helps you with everything and politely answers your questions. The place is clean also and the room was big enough even for a one person, the room is way better in person than what you see in pictures in the website. All the facilities are what it describes in the website. I got what I paid for and I will definitely book here again.

Well, there’s nothing really bad about this place for me. Too bad I wanted to extend my stay but they are always fully booked, I guess this place is just too good.

Perfect location, 5 min walk from The van drop off point, 5min from The beach and surrounded by places to eat and drink. Staff were delightful and go above and beyond to help you. The rooms do not have a/c, as it says, but they have fans and PB is cooler than other parts of Palawan. There is a communal hot shower that is amazing, otherwise the showers in the rooms are tepid but perfect after a day in the sun. Towels and sheets are clean and smell amazing!!! Beds are very comfortable. Room was huge with 2 double beds. It can be a little noisy - like most Filipino properties, the walls are not very thick and you do hear motorbikes and the chickens in the morning but that was the same with most places I stayed.

Super cute staff! I felt so welcome! They were super helpful all the time and could arrange everything within minutes. The laundry service was also great. The location is amazing - very central, but also extra quiet, because it is not at the main road directly. The rooms group around a nice little courtyard with a tree. The ventilation in the room kept it cool (there is no AC). Port Barton‘s beach is more like a harbour (+ jelly fish), so there is no need of sleeping there.

I liked this place a lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have great prices on tours and transportation. The property is just a couple of minutes walk from the beach and a major dining street, but the area is still mostly quiet. The room is spacious and comfortable. Everything is clean and well maintained. WiFi is also reliable and fast for the standards of Palawan.

The town gymnasium is next door. On one hand it's great because you can easily go watch the local sports games and join in on the parties. But the events do bring quite a lot of noise, which at times lasts until midnight. Also no hot water in the shower, which I didn't miss much in the heat of Palawan.

The owner Wilson and he's son Ace were two off the most friendliest ,kind and caring people we have met in the phillipines , whixh is a very bold statement as many Filipinos are soo kind and caring , we really enjoyed our stay here and they have very lovely pet dogs and very cute cat that are soo well looked after and very friendly also just like there owners ... we will 100% stay back at westpoint inn when we return too Port Barton one day and we highly recommend staying with them , there in a great location also , if you are thinking off booking at westpoint inn do not hesitate as I'm sure you will be just as happy as we were ... we also managed too park our little Toyota wigo here which I hired in peurto princesa ...

I had a private room, was basic but clean and hot, only fun there. Even though it was pleasant to stay there, the family is very helpful and happy, they did my laundry really quickly!!! Also if you got raining days, you have a nice terrace with chair and table just outside of your room door. Very pleasant place.The location for me was great in the middle of what you need.

Maybe just no AC, but I think you can choose if there is availability. Also put some lights in the entrance to see the entrance. Because when you arrive new, not easy to see it.

The reception guy was very cute and adorable. He is definitely the key role player in the hotel. You can always count on him and ask anything you need. Also the hotel itself is very cool, very nicely located. Highly recommend this place for your stay

The WiFi sometimes works poorly - I believe this is not hotel’s fault but the localisation of the city however this might be an important information for whom would travel and need WiFi for work. For holidays stay it’s enough tho and something nice to have :)

The location is perfect! The rooms are clean and big. The can do your laundry and serve great coffee as well. The family is really friendly. We stayed here with Christmas time and we were invited for dinner with Christmas eve. They made for us a real traditional dinner with pork and we had a lot of fun with the whole family. Thanks for everything and we definitely will stay here again if we visit Port Barton again.

Nothing? You don't have warm shower? but for us it's not a problem because you don't need it.

Rooms are better in real than in the pictures Everything is good here, comfy beds, good bathroom, location is perfect close to everything But the best thing here is Ace and his family, the welcome is so warm i feel like home, I extended 3 more nights and I will be back there I also recommend to book activities with Ace, private boat tour was amazing and cheaper price than in town Thank you for everything !
