I travelled with my wife and 2 kids (9,6 yo). It was a great experience to have basic and rough it out for a bit. The shower and toilet was basic (could not get the hot water to work). But we didn't mind as the weather was hot. It's amazing to wake up on the beach front. The wifi did not work, but I did not mind as it allowed us to be more present. There's plenty to do like get a tuktuk to the city centre, or organise a trip to the sites (I did this separately). Laundry service is also available, but see if you can find a place in town as well. Food is pretty good that you can order from the front-counter.

The pillows weren't as comfortable, too soft. But the bed may have been a bit hard. Again if you want rough it this is the place to go. So to elaborate, the shower and bathroom is basic and the wifi did not work. But we didn't mind at all when you have a beachfront view.

This mom and pop operation in a small fishing village has everything you need for a quiet stay. Ati Fe will cook whatever you ask her for. (I wanted fried fish, then kinilaw the second day. She accommodated both.) Great wifi reaches all the way to the beach. Wonderful staff (adult kids of the owners) will do everything to make your stay great, including arranging transport and helping you find economical ways to get to El Nido. They even gave me a toothbrush, soap, and shampoo in a welcome package. I'd been told to bring my own soap so this was a great bonus.

I wish I didn't have to use the aircon... the cabanas could still be renovated to open windows on both sides to allow a breeze through them. I would have been happy with a fan at this time of year. This would save both the electricity bill and environmental impact.

It was very simple and basic but had everything I needed. Simple food and they got me fruit from the market. It is a 20 minute ride to San Vincente and at this time 1/3 of the road is rough. So I stayed on the beach most of the time. They arranged transport for me and a day island hopping which was great. But the best thing was just relaxing watching local fishermen. Good internet if you want it.

Rough roads , not good for a bad back and hopefully their construction will be finished in a couple of weeks so will be quieter.

Location was very remote and didn't realise how far from Port Barton. However, we loved our stay and just had chillax time. A fantastic place to wind down, read and do nothing but look at the amazing surroundings. The cook- Shirley was lovely and would go to the market to grab local supplies (seafood) to cook for us each meal. Her squid dishes were amazing as was her fish sinigang was the best we had on our entire trip. We felt so welcomed and looked after.

Larger beds for couples perhaps

Beachfront, very lovely beach, extremely tranquil. No noise anywhere, barely any people. This is a small local village off the beaten path, there aren’t tourist amenities here. But the inn has everything you need, they provide food and drinks, the wifi is good, there is a fan next to the bed, the electricity works consistently. Nearby is the very famous Long Beach. The bed is sooooo comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I liked everything. But some notes for other travelers: - not much to do here at all, only relax and enjoy the beach, so come here if you want to experience some peace and quiet. - no ventilation in the bathroom, and in the typical style the shower is not separated, so the bathroom floor will always be wet and there appears to be some mold from the constant moisture. - no AC. But I found the fan next to the bed was plenty at night.

Lovely and cosy bungalow in a quiet area. Much better than Port Barton, this is a true Filipino village. Come here to avoid tourist crowds Despite of my negative comments this is the second best place I have stayed by now in Filipines. Compared to other hotels this one has a great service from the personnel

I will comment the same as in other Filipino hotels because I found the same problem in all of them 1- usually a basic service 2- poor bathroom amenities 3- no room make up 4- poor quality Vs cost rate, in other terms: hotels at Philippines use to have a high cost against quality and service, if you compare this with other countries with a higher cost of life as Thailand. Most of those problems would be solved with very little cost for the owner and with well trained personnel Note this hotel is by far one the best

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and had a really great time. very peaceful on the beach, amazing sunsets, very clean and well maintained bungalows, the shower was very good and the pressure is better than most hotels in phillipines! very helpful and kind Fillipino family, the food is very good, the BBQ fish was one of the nicest fish I’ve honestly ever had, about 5 minutes in a tricycle to San Vicente town which is very handy, 5 minute walk to a beautiful secluded secret beach called capari which we went to. Would highly recommend staying here for that bungalow on a beach experience.

Nothing comes to mind.

The cabin is very spacious, big bed, hangers available, clothes hanger, sea view, good food, dog friendly, great place

The wait for food is really long, after ordering a trip the day before, we were told 20 minutes before departure that there was no trip and without giving a reason, a private boat was offered 100% more expensive
