The place was very close to the whale sharks tours (within 5 mins walk) and the owners offer affordable meals or bbq which is convenient. However this has nothing to do with the accom, but if you’re looking for a nice peaceful accomodation that’s not as busy as moalboal then this is the perfect place to rest as the town/area is very peaceful and quiet with a few restaurants/food shops nearby. Perfect for a place to rest after the sharks and Sumilon island. If you’re looking for a nightlife then I recommend moalboal to stay for the night. Otherwise the beds were very comfortable and the aircon was perfect, plus owners were very friendly.

The was clean - no cockroaches or unwanted bugs. The location is perfect for whale shark watching and the hotel helps you arranging the tour. They woke us up at 3:00 AM and then we got into the line for whale shark watching. Around 4:45- 5:00 we got our waiting number and had a free time until the activity starts at 6:00. Finally, we are done around 7:30 thanks to the very attentive guide.

It is extremely noisy. We stayed in a ground floor room and the AC was super loud. We did not ever hear any noise from the very busy main road right in front of the hotel thanks to the extremely loud AC. The sink was clogged and leaking.

We booked the dormitory room in Casa Bonita Inn for whale shark watching. The place was so convenient. We just walked going to the location. Additionally, there was a guide from the hotel itself who assisted us and it was at no charge. Forgot to ask his name however, he was very accommodating and thoughtful. And lastly, there is an ATM machine as well in the facility, parking is available, gasoline station is just opposite the hotel and a small barbecue stand beside the hotel in case you arrived in the evening.

Excellent location if u gonna swim with whale sharks (btw experience itself didn't impress me at all, despite the fact that whale sharks themselves are amazing) - just several min walk from the place (can be easily found on ggl maps). Helpful staff, clean room and freshly-renovated bathroom (at least in my room on the 2nd floor).

Nightmare with hot water. It does exist. But you need a clue from staff to figure out how to use it. (and a bit of a creativity actually, to make the water keep flowing). Paid water from water dispenser on the reception - I have never encountered such a nonsense, sorry (actually its quite close to being free - its 1 php for ~300ml. still makes some inconviniences)

The place is just 10mins walk to whale shark viewing. The staff is very helpful by giving us tip of lining up for whale shark viewing as early as 3am. They have drinking water dispenser at a minimal cost. They have atm machine, unfortunately it was broken during our stay so we had to withdraw cash from nearby place.

They have a lady assisting you to line up, bit I honestly don't like it as I found it kinda invasive. She will line up for you which you can do on your own anyway, it is a subtle scamming for me. It is kind of awkward to tell her that we can manage on our own as she kept on insisting to line up for us. In the end, we still gave her tip for her effort and goodwill. However, this is not an honest way of earning a living. Their motor service is a bit pricey compared to others.

Perfect location, clean room with a good bed, towels and hygiene items are available for free. Also, Wi-Fi is fine. If you’re hungry, you can buy food/beer in the small shop on ground floor. Staff are friendly and helpful! Really nice place to stay during your trip to sharks!

Need to pay money for water from cooler, 5 pesos for ~150ml. It’s not too much, but a bit uncomfortable. Also there is no hot water, but it’s ok, because in the Philippines I prefer to use cold water (around 25-30C)

The staff is amazing. I was planning on lining up to watch the whale sharks at around 5am. The guy who checked me in told me to go to the Whale Shark watching tour at 4:30am. I got there around 4:40am and there was already a line. By 5am, the line has more than tripled and was spilling over into the road. I really appreciate the heads up. Also, it's a 7-minute walk away from the whale shark place.

Hotel had a very good location, close to whale shark watching activity. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, can organize trips and transfer for you. Room was very clean, towels smelled so fresh.

The only small negative is that the hotel does not offers breakfast.

Very good location. 3 minutes walking distance to the sharks tour. Aircone worked well. Very friendly, helpful and responsible stuff. They call me back to my local Sim when I requested them though the booking message. Later helped to get the ticket to the ferry and booked the taxi for me. Very easy to find. The hotel located opposite the Petrol ⛽️ station.

Great location for the Whale Sharks and Tumalog falls! They can help arrange tour guides who can take you to the falls or anywhere you want to go! Very friendly staff that let us keep our bags while we ventured out the next morning before our bus.
