This island is gorgeous and the hotel facilities are great too. The corals on this island are just marvelous

The food was disappointing. I got food poisoning … the breakfast buffet had a lot of food that looked old and not fresh/sad. Be careful with the food in this hotel!

Everything the staff were extremely helpful, making the stay that little bit more special. The views are incredible and the sandbar is perfect for taking pictures of the sunset. There are many activities that are very reasonably priced, there are a number of free activities as well, they are all worth doing. The snorkeling and diving were both fantastic. The food was very well priced delicious and very good portion sizes with so many options. If you are looking for an amazing island get away look no further.

The stay was amazing. If anyone visits Cebu for a vacation they must visit Sumilon island. There are so many beautiful fishes and forest of corals and water is so clear. I have never seen such a beautiful underwater environment before. Staffs are extremely kind and thoughtful. Breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. There were Philippine themed dinner buffet and Japanese themed dinner buffet. I liked both but Philippine one was better.

The food and restaurant have to improve much. Food arrived slow at diner and was not prepared and not tasty, Breakfast was't better. loved the place but need to take care of the kitchen as no other options are available...

Everything is perfect! The pool was the highlight. Our Deluxe room is really large with a large balcony with nice ocean view. Very nice beach and lots of space to hang out. Good buffet dinner with lots of options. We really enjoyed our stay at the resort! The massage was very good too.

The sandbar wasn’t what we expected (much smaller than the picture). However good place for swimming and snorkelling.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was nice and spacious. Snorkeling with a guide was a fantastic experience.

The private pool was much smaller than expected. It was more like a jacuzzi size and it was not temperature controlled. The staff while extremely friendly, seemed like they were new on the job so whenever we asked them something they always had to go find out and get back to us.

We loved just about everything in this resort. Food is excellent and the facilities fabulous. We loved the way the rooms were disposed and wished we had stayed longer.

We were not aloud to scuba dive in the morning unless we paid for a guide which seemed quite ridiculous. There are many tourists in the morning on the white sand beach.

It is a quiet and very organized resort, on a private and secluded island. The staff is extremely friendly, respectful and well versed to hosting.

Bluewater Sumilon is one of the best resorts I have been to. The boat captain even gave us a little bit of a detour to watch the dolphins while on our way to the island. It was the most wonderful experience! We had a lot of amazing activities within the island as well as the nearby whaleshark watching. Booking this activity through them was worth the price you are paying as they will provide the transport and the assistance of helpful staff to get to the place. The room was amazeballs most especially the huuuuge bathroom with his and hers sinks and cabinets.

We actually had the most pleasant stay. Probably just make sure to bring mosquito repellent when hiking around the property. Visitors on the sand bar may take away some of your peace but they are usually gone by 4pm. It was good to have the sand bar only for guests around that time until 5pm. Just a wonderful time which is not too hot from the midday sun.

It was nice experience . Just not much spicy options . One day , chef prepare Italian food which was nice . Staff are exceptional , lively . They even prepare ans set a nice table for last day with complimentalry wine glasses.
