It’s a very clean place both the room and their bathroom. Their place is beautiful especially the small garden they have where you can chill and relax.. the place is near a lot of establishments, few minutes walk from Quartel, AC Palayok, Le Bistrot, Lami-an and other restaurants and establishments are all walking distance from their place. They are very hospitable and kind family, they take into consideration my husbands well being since he is PWD and he got problem with walking the stairs so they gave us a room that is good for 4 downstairs but didn’t charge us additional for it. They even offer us same rate with the tricycle but they use their own car to drop us and pick us up in bangcogon for our Sumilon Island day tour. I got a little sick because of the 1 drink we had and they are so kind enough to even give us tea for free at no extra charge. They are very attentive to the needs of their customer. Their are very decent business true epitome of hospitality at its finest. We’ll definitely be coming back and sharing it with our friends and family our great experience

The pension owner and her son were welcoming us and did their best to make our stay fantastic. The pension looks very well taken care of. It's beautiful and neat and tidy. The owner arranged a driver to whale shark snorkeling. The drive is around 25 minutes so early start at 5 am to get there in time. It might not be the closest but therefore you get to have a short stroll to the Cuartel ruins which is a beautiful place itself but they also presented a free open air movie at 6 pm. It was a fantastic atmosphere there. The owners son knocked in the morning and also helped us with the suitcases. Plus they have three very cute dogs but they're kept inside unless you say you're not scared 🙂

The beds are a bit uncomfortable and there was loud music from a neighbou r resort but it finished before 10 pm 🙂

It didn't have a refrigerator in the room, but I could use the one in the bar. Lovely, helpful family who were more than helpful when the atm across the road did not give me cash after taking my money. Very helpful in getting a driver to take me to local attractions. The Korean style BBQ was delicious. Very happy with my choice.

Ava and her family are the nicest staff you can imagine, so kind and helpful. Very well located and superclean. They offer an all you can eat Korean BBQ with great value for money. All together absolutely recommended!!!

A small swimming pool to cool off would be a great addition.

We arrive late at night and they where waiting to welcome us and assist every need. The room was enough to 4 people, clean and in a very good location- next to the main road but far from the noise. The room is very basic but was great for us. We enjoy our stay.

The family running this business is just amazing. They were so helpful and caring, the room was simple but really clean. There were problems with AC and they fixed it immediately and apologized many times for something that wasn’t their fault.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. She called the tricicle for us and she made sure he took care of us. Moreover we arrive horribly early and my son was tired and she offered us her son's room for him to rest. ❤️

Great location, right in the centre, restaurants, cafes, 7eleven, market nearby but the best are the owners! Super friendly and helful! They helped to organized the whale tour and recommended places etc. Super kind!

The owners and staff were very accommodating and helped us with booking our reservations for the Whalesharks watching and the beautiful experience seeing the waterfalls.. Thank you, and we will be back.
