The location right on the water was amazing. I stayed in the suite, which was a wonderful. I especially loved having so many comfortable outdoor spaces to relax in the shade. The staff were extremely nice and helpful whenever I needed something, and they kept the place very clean.

They keep several dogs in small cages in the entrance-way, and I felt terrible for the poor animals. I assume they're there for security, but there must be better ways that don't involve forcing dogs to live like that. Food options are okay but not great. There is no restaurant and the place is a 10 minute drive away from most food options. You can cook at the small kitchen, but there is no dedicated fridge. The staff let me share the staff fridge. There are small calenderias in the area, though. Wifi was strong, but there is only one wifi router, and it has trouble reaching all areas. It tended to cut in and out in my room, which meant that normal browsing was fine, but any calls tended to be choppy.

This place is a hidden gem - my partner and I loved it- it was relaxed, the staff were friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The room was certainly not 4 star but it suited our needs and no complaints. Weloved the outdoor BBQ, the homely feel of the place and Arte, who runs the place went over and above to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would love to return again one day soon.

We were disappointed to see the owners dogs caged- being an animal love that was the only thing that upset us- but we took one of the dogs out for a walk along the beach and gave her a bath- that was special!

Staff went above and beyond, were polite and well priced, and comfortable and good air con great for just walking into the sea was wonderful and fresh showers when you come out also fresh water pool small but very clean also around 20 pasos per person to the nearest mall by trycial and this wonderful place provides all cooking facilities stove pots and pans just buy your food and cook away nice and bright and karaoke nice that they were nice generally music stopped by 11pm so was nice all in all plesent stay don't judge it by western standards 2*. For personality and location and pleasant people and stay 10*

Nice hotel with rooms around a small garden which are lit romanticly in the evening. Easy access to the sea and wonderful swimming

In Wirope we are not used to see pets / dogs in cages and that feels very uncomfortable. I think that most westerners have a lot of problems to see those sweet beautiful dogs 24/7 in too small cages separated from each other. There must be another possibility but this is a wrong one.

We stay the second time at this famous place. In this time we have the very great Penthouse suite. There was a fabulous view and much place. The Staffel and the other personal was very friendly and helpful. Also we must thanks a lot to our very good and committed/competent guide "John". Thanks for All.

Nothing to not like

friendly staff especially ate mylene who did extra mile of service , thanks for the upgrade , our room was amazing with pool view and seaview , we enjoyed the karaoke. Bbq grill is just right next to our room . Fish market , Gaisano supermarket , and 7-eleven are just 8mins drive from the property.

everything was perfect

Everything was fine, only too far to restaurant. Garden very nice. Good place for resting and relaxing. I want to back there.

Penthouse is amazing; super comfortable; private barbecue and great views.

Sometimes was hard to get in touch with recepcionist and there was no one to open; but overall very good.
