The space is super aesthetic, the rooms are beautiful and spacious and the pool is very nice! 15 min by car/ van/ tricycle to the whale sharks! The surroundings of the properties are not very nice, but I think that is Oslob town in general. They suggested a contact “guide” to take us to the whale sharks (Diving Nemo - organized by a girl called Irish that is absolutely amazing) it was super worth it! She is a underwater photographer and freediver and took us and organized everything, it was great!! Recommend a lot!

I think the hotel would benefit a lot from having a little bar to chill by the pool, maybe just some drinks, sodas and beer and juices, with a nice area to chill. Otherwise everything was great!!

The ambience is super nice. It's proximity to the main highway is good. It's just a few steps from the nearest 7-eleven store. Very convenient to find the place. The staff (June) is amazing. He explained everything and helped us plan our trip to whale watching and Tumalog falls. He even arranged a tri cycle guide for us. Very warm and helpful people. Would definitely recommend staying here at Pobla if you don't mind climbing stairs. They have a good wifi in each floor.

As there's no lift, you might have trouble climbing stairs if you aren't used to it. But the staff is helping in carrying your luggage to the room.

Beautifully designed and very nice and helpful staff

There’s no much to do or good places to eat around the hotel. Whale shark (which I don’t recommend) Sumilon island boats, and tumalog waterfall (I recommend both) are around 25 minutes by tuktuk. In the room there’s no place to hang anything besides our 2 towels after shower, for example to dry swimsuits or hang a shirt (no hangers at the closet).

This elegantly designed hotel is nestled in a small, local town and offers an exceptional experience. The staff provides excellent recommendations for activities and trustworthy connections, ensuring a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend renting a car, as many attractions, such as whale shark encounters, sardine runs, and canyoneering adventures, are spread out across the Island. Having a car made exploring these activities much more convenient.

Very nice, minimal-style hotel. Interior is simple which we liked, but won’t be everyone’s cup of tea. Definitely needs more facilities such as restaurant or spa for example, but understandable as it is a relatively “new” hotel The hotel assisted us with our customised day tour. They also assisted us with our ride back to Cebu city, which we had not planned prior to checking in. Kuya Jun and ate Anita were really friendly and helpful with every query we had.

There’s no safe to keep our valuables, which is a must for travellers. Was a bit worried as the building seemed very open in terms of security - only a small gate protected us at night

-The WiFi was not good enough, it was unusable during our stay. Very poor. -The pool area didn’t have enough seating and not very inviting -The A/C unit wasn’t great, should be better

The staff was very friendly and welcoming! We loved our stay there as a group of 6. They had a great rooftop with amazing views. The location is perfect as it was a walking distance to a food market, 7/11 and coffee shop. We will definitely stay there longer in the future and we’ll be staying for more nights.

Needs some maintenance on the rooftop. Other than that a great place to lounge.

The property has a lovely aesthetic. Everything’s quite new and clean. The hotel is close to the main road, which has a convenience store and some restaurants. What I enjoyed the most about my stay was June at the front desk. He was very helpful and super professional.

Things like phones, tvs, bins and other amenities could be added.

The staff were very sweet and accommodating and helped us with everything we asked for. This was one of the nicer hotels in the area and we appreciated how clean and comfortable it was. We could also tell that the hotel was new. There is no F&B facilities, however there are a bunch of restaurants in the area and a 7-eleven right outside. It is also walking distance to quartel beach. The staff also helped arrange transport to the beach for our ferry.

We only had a blanket cover, not a blanket, but we understand this was just because of a temporary delay in receiving the laundry.

Staff was really friendly and helpfull. Room and place was the same as on pictures

It was a little bit of annoying because they dont abswer that fast thru booking or thru text messages i would wait few weeks before i got any answers. Maybe next time staff numbers could be added on the booking number
