Smooth Check-In. The house was located literally in front of the beach, it was really relaxing because the pantry was located in front of it and there were big windows so breakfast was extra relaxing. The location is minutes walking time to the public market, and to the main road where you can wait for buses, minutes away from the heritage park as well. Room is good, toiletries are provided, cr has bidet/sink/shower/heater, staff are friendly and the owner tells us interesting stories. They also give us tips as to where to go.

Great location right by the sea, you can hear the waves from the bedroom which is soothing and can have breakfast literally looking down at the sea. 10/15min from the main Oslob whaleshark experience area, close but without the whole buzz of Tan-Awan which is busy. The hotel owner will book you the whole experience with someone that will stay with you for the whole day, take you to set places, help you find a restaurant for lunch, help you carry and keep your things safe and drive you back to the hotel safe and sound for a very small price, I highly recommend you do this and not try and organise your own activities. Even after leaving a well deserve tip this is more advantageous than taking a bunch of tricycles to get around the island by yourself. Now the hosts, what can I say, Miss Baby and her hubby really took care of us! Fantastic services, great communication, advice, etc, they give their all and more and we left them with a pinch of sadness. Amazing people and amazing hotel. The room was so clean, bathroom was spotless and water pressure ok (for the Philippines) with hot water and a nice toilet. The room has an aircon which is quite noisy but I guess most are so not much they can do here. Thank you so much Miss Baby and family for making our stay in Oslob even better, your place is fabulous!

Nothing not to like.

We truly enjoyed our stay here—it was short but unforgettable. The room was clean, and we loved the free coffee, tea, and water available anytime. The spacious common balcony with a beautiful ocean view was a perfect spot to relax. The location is excellent, just a short walk to 7-Eleven and the market. They also have a partnership with a restaurant, so you can easily request food, and they’ll order it for you. WiFi was excellent, and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. A great place to stay, and we’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay and honestly can’t think of anything to dislike. Everything was just perfect!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged for a tuk tuk driver to drive us to the whale watching site. (10-15 mins). He took care of us the entire time. He bought the tickets for us, came back to inform us it was our time waited for us to finish the activity. drove us back. most helpful. Good hotel to stay in for whale watching

They didn't seem to like our late arrival after 11:00pm. I think we woke him up. No one came to the door after we rang the doorbell 3x. If arriving late you need to call them. Restaurant not operating was informed needed to call a telephone number to order food at hotel restaurant. We did not have local phone. Short walk outside for food.

I love the beach front view while you are eating your dinner or breakfast at their outside seating restaurant. The location is very close to the port going to Sumilon Island and Whale shark. The staff were incredibly polite and guests were well looked after. No small or big requests they can’t cater. Reception always there to answer all your query and helped when needed. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel. We can highly recommend this resort. Thank you.

I wish resort accept payment straight from the booking portal online (w.g. Booking.com, trip etc).

The hotel is located right over the water, allowing you to walk down the steps, straight into the ocean. It’s also very close to the centre of Oslob town, so easy walking distance to restaurants and the 7-ELEVEn. The room was big and clean, with amazing air conditioning. The staff were really friendly and helpful, helping us to arrange our tour to see the whale sharks and providing advice on transport to our next destination.

This place was great, however if you’re staying in Oslob just for the whale shark watching, I’d probably recommend staying closer to Tan-Awan, as it’s a 15 minute drive away, which is a lot on a tricycle at 5-6am in the morning. The room was also large, but quite strangely set out (tv above the bed), and the shower in the bathroom points directly over the toilet.

The property was conveniently located in Oslob, not too far from where the bus drops you off coming from moalboal. The room itself was clean with good AC and there’s a break taking view overlooking the ocean and the mountains nearby from the balcony, perfect for sunrises and sunsets The staff were extremely kind and helpful arranging activities for us during our stay. They organised a driver for us to take us to see the Whale sharks and Sumilon island for a good price - the driver waits for you the whole day which is convenient Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this accomodation to other travellers

The location of the property was amazing, right on the beach, in fact the balcony overhung the sea. There were also stairs down to the beach from the balcony/breakfast area. You can also walk out to restaurants, the main road with shops and along to the Fort. Free water and coffee were available at any time, just make it yourself and there were also snacks available for a fee. The room was lovely and clean and the staff very sweet. The hotel had a very homely feel, as though you could relax and do as you please in all of the communal areas. If you don't mind getting up early and the tide is right, you can walk out on the beach and watch the sunrise, which is spectacular.

This isn't really something we didn't like, it's just a minor issue that could be addressed. There wasn't a wardrobe or drawers in the room, so we had to live out of our suitcase. It was fine, however a little more furniture would be good. Also the TV was on a wall where you couldn't watch it, again not a problem as we didn't miss watching it, but sometimes it is nice to just relax with a programme and have a siesta.

A great place to stay in Oslob. And super good value. Beds are comfy and it's a quick / easy walk to restaurants. There is a lovely seating area right on the ocean front and from where you can snorkel / swim if you want. We were only there for one night. The owner booked the whale shark trip for us and the driver was amazing (Rico Mambo) who picked us up at 4am, helping us navigate everything for which we were super grateful as it did feel a bit like organised chaos but worth it!

Fantastic location,super friendly Mai mai and Rico and Sirgun where very helpful organising drivers to the whale shark,waterfalls and monkeys...room was super clean,free tea,water and coffee at all times,right at the waters edge ,you literally step into the water when you open the door from the lower deck...highly recommended great value for money and we didn't see any ants like what we have read from many other reviews.there is nothing to fault
