Absolutely beautiful. It looks like as it is in the pictures. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. The landing station to the Pagsanjan Falls is just 1-minute walk from the property. There's a 7/11 & Mercury Drugstore within a short walking distance. Really good breakfast choices and we love that they serve brewed coffee. Though the property has also a menu from their kitchen we didn't have the chance to try it. When we craved for halo-halo which is not on their menu, the staff recommended two stores & ordered it for us with delivery. In front on our rooms is a rambutan tree full of fruits. We were able to taste them and they're really good. This property is an absolute gem!

Conveniently located Very near a pick up point of boat to Pagsanjan falls. Free spacious parking with gate for security. This ancestral home turned into a beautiful bed n breakfast right in front of the river. The staff is exceptionally pleasant and accommodating.

They can possibly add a small dipping pool and jacuzzi.

It's a very relaxing environment with a nice view. We stayed on the river side. The B&B is located at a quite busy road but once inside you won't notice that at all. It's very quite. The breakfast they provided has many choices and the quality is very good. The room was big enough and very nicely decorated with retro furniture. The bed was big and super comfortable.

everything, the place was nice. we were all satisfied with the service. a very cozy atmosphere. kinda gives you the feeling of bringing back the old spanish-filipino themed houses... seeing the Pagsanjan River ... the Laguna sunset and sunrise ... boat man crossing the river ...

The property was private, picturesque, cozy, clean and very well maintained. The staff were excellent, very accommodating and helpful. They helped us order food from outside, though their restaurant inside the property is also very good, and arranged for our breakfast to be served earlier than their usual schedule. Beddings and linens were very comfortable as well. Very good value for money.

The staff are amazing! Very helpful even from 12 midnight to 9am since I am working in US time. Always smiling and willing to help as much as they can

Sometimes the WiFi is weak even at around 3am. I think this happened the day after their fiesta which may have caused a lot of users. Other days are fine.

We went in June and the air conditioning is not strong enough in our room. Maybe it’s different when it’s between November and February.

Comfortable bed. Good aircon, clean and big room, location is close to different restaurant and the church. Ang luwag ng toilet. Good breakfast!

You will not expect that there is a place in the bustling Town of Pagsanjan that actually provides peace and serenity. The place is very clean and the staffs are all friendly and accommodating.
