breakfast,staff,mesages, grounds all 👍🏽

i paid for a king suite, view of the pool and ocean,, room was extremely hot, bell hop said it would cool down,,after waiting 45 min to cool down , it actually got hotter,,called front desk, two people came up , a lady, very nice A MAN VERY RUDE!!!!! He was a jerk!! he yelled at me and the women in tagalogo saying its because were in the suite facing the sun???,and it would take awhile to cool down??? then he walked outt and did nothing??again i was not buying it !! the women contacted manager and moved us to another suite NOT THE SAME view or room but the air was good,not that i expect anything more then i pay for,, but to receive less???! so we wasted 1.5 hours of our short stay No compensation offer of anything,A cold beer would have been nice ??

The staff was super friendly and helpful which can make or break a stay. My room was spacious and clean. The view from the lookout was amazing. At times, the sea and sky blended together like a beautiful watercolor.

The lights in my room didn't shut off. I asked for assistance the first night and I was told by the engineer this was a known problem and it couldn't be fixed. The canned recessed lighting and the ceiling recess glowed all night. It was so bright I could have played cards with a friend. I was offered a different room however the lighting issue was the same. The only way to turn off the lights was to actually turn off the breaker which controlled the lights. This to me is absolutely unacceptable!

We stayed 3 nights at Costa Palawan last November. Front desk Earleen and Luggage Assistant Rolando are very helpful during both check in and check out. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. Daily Breakfast by the beach front and options are great, they have varying items each morning. Great sunrise view! Service at the Restaurant is amazing, James and other staff are attentive. They also have consistent tricycle drivers that are stand by outside the resort, we were served by Jojo and he was very helpful and honest!

Breakfast could be very busy specially if there is a large group of guests together and saving tables for their colleagues.

This place was great. It was nice that they arranged a tricycle for us anytime we asked. You can not swim at the beach though. The pool is fantastic though. Only 1 restaurant was open when we were there, so I was happy to take a ride into town a few nights and that it was so easy.

The place was a beachfront property located away from the city traffic w/ a guard at the entrance. The service was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended!

All of the staff are really accomodating. Foods are really good and all of the facilities are really clean and tidy! Glad that we stayed here!

The only thing that I dont like is that we didn't enjoy the beach because it's always low tide. Tho the resort is not at fault here because of course they cannot control the sea. I still love costa palawan resort and probably be back here next year.

The place was nothing like the pictures. It was overwhelming. We loved the seaview, the two huge pools, the billiards and the restaurant. Amazing food! What a way to wrap up our trip! Excellent stay, the staff did everything they could to make up for their shortcomings. We had a very pleasant stay. Thank you to the kitchen staff, the front desk staff, housekeeping, and the management. They were very accommodating. The food was to die for. Their boodle fight bundle was the best we had in our lifetime. No kidding.

Although a little far away from the town of Puerto Princesa, the hotel is located just at the beach (beach not so good for swimming). The scenic views afforded are great. The rooms were well done up, clean and large enough. Very courteous and helpful staff. The pool, restaurant and the surrounding areas are done up very well and neat.

The facilities and amenities were excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The food at the restaurant was disappointing, with limited options, and the dishes we chose were unsatisfying. A more sophisticated menu is needed.
