The whole staff is very kind. The restaurant has tasty food at decent prices and accepts payment by card. Room 247 was elegant and very clean with individual aircon. The strong point is the large swimming pool with sunchairs and beach towels opens until late in the evening. The hotel offers free transfer from / to airport.

The photo of the swimming pool illuminated at night found on booking.com does not correspond to reality. During the night is poorly lit, which does not affect the pleasure of taking a bath. I suggest to turn on all lights. It will look nicer.

Aziza has amazing service all made possible by their amazing team, especially the front of house team and porters. Nothing was too much trouble, even when I wanted to book a last minute boat trip to Honda Bay on the same morning, they made it happen! I almost left my medicine but the lady remembered and brought it out for me. The location of the property is also very central and easy to get to local restaurants and bars. Rooms are clean and well kept. Special mention to Jasmine, Angel, Jewel and Ken who always had a smile and made sure I had the best stay possible in Puerto Princesa - thank you!

I wish there was more poolside beds as when the sun came out they were all taken from early in the morning and we had to use chairs. But other than this the pool was lovely.

The pool was very warm. A bit dated but still nice. And clean. The resort was very nice overall. Rooms were also a bit dated but still good. They sort of let you do whatever. We just purchased a $8 bottle of vodka and made our own drinks at the pool. Just like the other reviews stated everything at Aziza is good. Breakfast was a really good selection. But what takes it to the next level is the staff. They are so kind and helpful and fast with any request. It seems like they are in the middle of some renovations and what has been completed so far looked great. The price is also very reasonable. They even heard it was our anniversary and left us a huge dessert in our rooms and flowers. Food was good and drinks were cheap! Great nearby restaurants also.

Service at night time did seem to be slower for some reason. But perhaps it was just a fluke

Value for money. we booked this hotel as a budget hotel for a stop over while exploring the underground river. I wasn't expecting too much for our £33 per night. the lobby entrance and pool area was lovely. Staff were very kind and accommodating, our room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was the best we have had in the phillipines so far!

The only criticism I have would have is that we had no hot water one of the evenings, all other times we had hot water. We stayed in a £150 per night resort in el nido and had the same issue but every day. so this isn't a big problem.

The pool was excellent.

The staff here were amazing. I booked this hotel with a friend for her 40th and made a note in the booking. On the day they put a beautiful display on the bed of rolled towels and flowers to look like a cake along with a lovely note. A friend from back home wanted to organise sparkling for us, and the staff managed to get me alone to check out the bottle and approve it and figure out when to serve it. I didn't know a slice of cake was also coming so when they came out with that whilst we enjoyed the sparkling, all the serving staff sang happy birthday and played guitar for her. It was done so beautifully and made for a memorable experience. The airport service was also amazing and on demand and the pool divine. We had massages most days which were also great and in a nice environment. Overall a wonderful experience here.

A water refill station would have been great. We had this at many of our other hotels.

The pool is gorgeous, the kids really enjoyed it. The room was very special, a family room with two separate rooms, a dream. Beautiful garden view from our room. Towels, beautifully decorated with flowers, a fruit basket, which we haven’t seen here yet. Only the floor seemed a bit dusty or sandy. Apart from this, the room was absolutely perfect and more that we wished for. The breakfast was rather simple, everything with meat or fish. I am on a plant based diet so I ate blank rice and salad. It would be great if they could provide a milk alternative and fresh fruit. It is not in walking distance of the center so you have to take a transportation to go there. However, there is a free shuttle bus to the airport, which is fabulous. The stuff very welcoming and friendly .

Pancake, egg and bread stations, Filipino options, coffee, juice. -free airport shuttle -excellent cool and comfortable lobby, laid back staff and didnt mind that we stayed there for a few hours while waiting for our next transfer. -super comfy beds, qualiry linens, best pillows in Phillipines -they have water in the lobby! Welcome drink on arrival, theyve thought of everything you need, kettles, coffee in room

A little bit out of town, so you mostly eat at their restaurant, which would suit families or people that dont want to deal with street hassles or see markets. But only 60 pesos to the mall. Tricycles out front.
