Everything about the hotel was just spot on, and the location being next to the Robinson Mall is fantastic, seemed I was always trecking over there because I had forgotten something or decided I needed something there. Also I found the absolute best restaurant I've been to in the Philippines in that mall, it's not in the food court. Can't remember the name but it's the first fancy restaurant as you walk in the main door from the hotel side on the right. You may know by the gleaming white pants that the staff wears and the colorful menu at the front door.

We had an amazing stay at Go Hotel for 4 nights! The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the things I loved most was the hotel’s eco-friendly approach in using rainwater. Such a thoughtful touch! The location was also super convenient, right next to Robinsons Place Palawan, a huge mall with plenty to explore. The staff was incredibly attentive and resolved any issues promptly, making us feel right at home. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for an extra night. Highly recommended! 😍

I booked for 2 nights separated by one night. Paid for it altogether . When I came back I had to fill up the form again and give my ID again . That was a hassle after a long trip and when I had already booked and simply checked out the previous day. When I asked why the lady staff gave the most irritating answer “it is mandatory” Well my records are there. My Id was already photocopied in their records and she gave me that attitude . During the first day I had to be transferred to another room because the battery of the Lock Screen was already discharged . I had an appointments in 15mins and would not be able to wait for them to finish so I had to be transferred to another room.

I was having trouble with my arthritic knees and was given an accessible friendly room which was perfect. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning excellent and best of all I had some English channels on the tv. After traveling for months in SE Asia, that was truly a bonus! There was a nearby mall with food options & a grocery store. Staff was very friendly and professional. Wish I had stayed longer.

Everything was excellent

very accessible and near the airport. Right next to Robinsons and the area isn’t crowded. I love the glass walls in the lobby now - this made it more comfortable. The staff are all top notch . Very helpful and very easy to get help from. From housekeeping, to the reception and even the guards. It felt like we were important guests.

Nothing much.

The staff were so nice and welcoming and assisted me with all my needs. The place is near in Rob mall so it's easy access if you need to buy something.

The AC was not working properly. Even though it's already at 16%, sometimes it's still hot in the room and there is noise coming inside the AC and it woke me up from my deep sleep. Super annoying.

Close to mall.

I had a very bad check in experience at this hotel. It was noon and it was hot. No ac or fan at the reception. They make you sign and fill up form which I think is a total waste of time given that all the information is available in my reservation. Lastly, the girl receptionist who checked me in called me “Sir” im a transgender and I think the staff need to be trained how to use gender neutral pronouns and salutations to avoid customers getting upset. For the price I paid, its too expensive, old towels, squeeky bed. Not going back.

the people in the hallway were a little loud and during the day and middle of the night, you can hear the employees talking through the radio. the blanket was a little bit damp.

Location is ideal for new tourist. Just few minutes walking distance to Robinson's Palawan and accessible to anywhere by tricycle. If you are looking for a place to sleep but would go around the town the whole day this is a place to be. Price is reasonable and staff are helpful and friendly.

There's only one access card provided to the room. Need to power up and cool the entire room again when we get back. Suggest to have a separate line for AC to maintain its coolness. Different to cool the place especially during this hot summer season.

I like its location, very near to the airport and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any requests, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay.
