The staff were very nice & friendly particularly Michelle's mum. We arrived quite late after a long drive and due to the severe weather the internet was down & we were unable to order in food. We resigned ourselves to the fact we would have to make do with the snacks we had, but Michelle's mum knocked on our door and said she would take us in her car to get something which she did. She went above & beyond what was expected. They also arranged & paid for our taxi to the airport in the morning.

It was possibly due to the weather and severe rain but we felt it was a bit cut off from places to go. The bathroom was not particularly clean, there were empty shampoo sachets in the soap tray but we were just needing it as a stopover.

very comfortable and private hotel, we felt like we were invited to stay at someone’s home. quick and efficient tour bookings.

low water pressure in the shower and sink but this is common to facilities here.

The place is nice and the owner is kind even the staff. nice place to stay with family. breakfast is good too. when we went to El Nido , we had to leave early in the morning because we booked a tour early so we needed to leave at 4 am, she prepared burgers and boiled bananas for us and it was good. you can grill food too while enjoying the pool. the owner was also the one who picked us up from the airport and showed us places to visit and see along the way while we are on vacation. during our last day, and we're about to leave, she gave us a basket of fruits and even sliced and packed it for us to eat at the airport. Thank you so much.

Super cute place, basic and older but really spacious accommodation with lovely seating area outside to enjoy the garden views . Little bar on sites where you can enjoy cheap beers around the beautiful pool. Tita and her staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful. Not only do they collect you from the airport free but also arrange great excursions that pick up and drop off from hotel. My Husband was sick and she made him a tea and took me out to get him Gatorade and me wine 😂

Would be nice to have a kettle and tea making facilities in the room

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and we experienced a great and wonderful vacation. They arranged our tour and it was really impressive. The beauty of nature was really amazing. This place is near to the market, mall and to restaurants . This place is highly recommended for people who are seeking liesure (Underground River, Honda Bay Island Hopping, City Tour, Butterfly show, etc).. t The staff are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for fetching/dropping us from/to the airport. This hotel is highly recommended.

We liked Teresita !! the lady who did everything to welcome us to fulfill every wish we had and make us feel great. We spent our time in the pool.My kid really enjoyed it. The breakfast was perfect. We asked for tropical fruits before arrival and she went to buy us everything we wanted and more! Much appreciated and we tasted delicious fruits we've never seen before! She drove us to the airport on time and even stopped at Mc Donald's so we could get some food for the flight. The room is basic but we had everything we needed I could go on and on but I let you discover ...

The owners and staff were friendly and engaging. The room was large and clean, the AC and wifi were top notch. Always had hot water in the shower. The location was perfect for me, nice 5-10 minute walk to several stores, street food vendors, a bakery and restaurant. The grounds were green and full of nature sounds, the rooms have a table and chairs just outside your door so you could take it all in. Very nice swimming pool. I had freshly made pancakes and fresh fruit at breakfast. They had more options.

We were picked up from the airport by Tita. When we arrived, we were shown to our room. It was clean and comfortable. There was lots of karaoke going on in the grounds and Tita suggested that we get a drink and sit with the local people, which was a really good idea, as they talked to us and brought us some of their party food! It was a friendly atmosphere and we even did some karaoke ourselves. I would highly recommend this place as it’s just so friendly
