Free airport transfers is a really good sell! Or if it's included in the room price... whatever, it's great! Location is great. Literally across the road from Robinson's. (And it's a really nice Robinson's too!). Bed was great. It seems that the Philippines use firmer, foam mattresses? Either way, it does wonders for my back! HUGE room! Great space. An old fridge, but it works. The team were always available and supportive when needed. Breakfast was basic but it had everything I liked! Love me a corned beef silog haha.

I think whoever mopped my room before my arrival didn't use clean water.... Sadly my floor didn't feel clean, like it had a residue, and my feet came out dirty :( No slippers in cupboard either so had to wear my outside tsinelas inside. I only stayed one night so didn't feel it was worth asking housekeeping to help out, but if I did call they definitely would've helped!

What I like most with Holiday Suites is its location which is very accessible to most establishments like fastfood, coffee shops, mall (Robinsons Palawan), and tourist spots. Also, since transportation in puerto prinsesa is quite not so accessible, I like that the hotel has a van as service for transfer from airport to hotel and vice versa. The staff were also welcoming and very accommodating. We had a great hotel experience at Holiday Suites.

Staff: Very good service -- warm, accommodating, attentive and helpful. Location: Very good because everything is just a commute away, and very cheap. Thank you for the free transportation to the airport. Room: Bed is comfy, smell and feels clean. I like the tangerine motif. It gives the room a happier ambience. My nose is sensitive to dust and very prone to allergic rhinitis. I felt it at the first hour maybe because the air conditioning is adjacent to the bed. I just left the door open for a few minutes to let it out. I felt okay after that. Toilet and shower is clean too. Breakfast: Tasty and filling. Please make the coffee a bit stronger.

Maybe each room is different, but with what I got, there's nowhere to put the essentials inside the shower room so I ended up putting the shampoo and conditioner on the floor while bathing. I mean, it's okay for a one-night stay, but it'll be stressful for longer ones. Please consider.

The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I had the best hotel guest experience ever in my entire life there. They all helped me without any judgements but all kindness.

The place was very accessible to the places of our interest. The breakfast was good. They always clean the rooms and the staff makes sure we have new towels. The tours were also facilitated by them, which was great 'coz I don't have to worry much.

I just noticed that the shower near the pool is not functioning well.

I like how it is accessible to Robinson’s (just across the street). I also liked how staff was very helpful with luggages especially since there is no elevator.
