Southwind was very comfy and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The pool was big and refreshing, although there were only a few spots to sit around. The restaurant attached served yummy food, although, like everywhere in the Philippines seemed to only have 50% of the menu. The bed was really comfy and cosy with a good blanket.

The bathroom smelled weird

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was comfy and location was near food establishments and a mall. Their food at Dong Juan was very very good.

Weirdly, there's a lot flies outside which makes eating outside to enjoy the pool view uncomfortable. I suggest they add plants like eucalyptus or citronella to repells insects.

Accessible shopping mall and excellent staff. Very organised breakfasts, juice could be fresh, but the facilities are great

There is no fridge in the room, and no hair dryer.

Very accommodating staff. Rooms are spacious. Convenient area to go around. Breakfast was on time and delicious.

Flush system for the toilets sometimes does not work properly.

Nothing All is good except the shuttle bus is quite expensive

It was a convenient location to stay as it was close to the airport. Also, we went to the Puerto Princesa Underground River and to El Nido the following day and the location was a convenient distance for all the locations. Loved the outdoor pool.

the bill wasn’t discussed either on arrival or departure. they ended up chasing me for the bill after I have left the hotel. how funny. my credit card is linked on my booking account, can they not charge it there? or Aries at discuss it on the guest arrival or departure? not when the guest have gone?

We stayed in the family room. The place is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is served on time. The internet connection is good.

There are no clothes hanger nor robe hooks available in the toilet and bathroom.

Location and staff

The breakfast was well below average , asked for fried egg was cold in both mornings and bread was toasted was also cold .

Staff is very helpful. You can see like they do everything from the heart. Everything was perfect in this place 🙂
