The staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a lovely pool and lounge area. The breakfast had great variety and was very nice, they also served dinner there. It is a walking distance from the main shopping mall, and it is not very far from the airport.

The room was more basic than photos showed, but the pool, reception, dining area were all very nice. The bed was a little bit hard, and the air conditioning fan was very loud.

Could be more light in the room. Very noisy if you get room close to the swimming pool as it is open till 10pm. Could be more sunbeds as 4 sunbeds for that big swimming pool and hotels means it is almost impossible to get it.

The breakfast was really well prepared..much better than other breakfast included. The staff was awsome and in our first hour we found a tricycle driver that was more than helpful in showing us everything that Puerto Princesa had to offer.That then became our main mode of transportation,,the experience of seeing through a local was fantastic,and he also bragged about the hotel to us..Our only regret was not scheduling more time to visit the area,,,meaning we will be returning..Look for tricycle driver Ryan Rosales...highly recomended......

there was nothing I could think about that I could complain..My expectations for you were blown away..it would be nice though if we had more than one key so my wife and I could've done some things seperatly.

The swimming pool was great for the kids. The room was big and I liked that it had a bath. The buffet / all you can eat dinner for 399 per person was good value.

The first room had no hot water so they moved us to another room this didn’t have a plug in the shower. The breakfast was ok. The pool area could do with some more loungers around. WiFi not good on the rooms

The room is really old fashioned, with old furnitures. At the reception they helped is to book a transfer to the othet city. They told us, that the bus will pick us up between 10-11 am. Evetually they arrived at 12:30….

LIKE: Friendly welcoming at the desk. Easy check in. Glass of juice to welcome us. Escort to the room with bags. Dislike: The keyless entry for the room didn't work so good, went through a couple keys, still didn't work so housekeeping let us in.

We enjoyed our daily breakfast. The food that were offered are well balanced and very delicious

The one that everyone in my party complaint about is the noise at night time passed 10:00PM from other customers. They were very loud and inconsiderate of other customers who wanted to have a quiet restful night. Our rooms were located very closed to the reception desk which I'm pretty sure they can hear the noise. I would have given a higher rating if not of the noise. Otherwise, we did enjoyed our stay and will book with them again should we given the chance to visit Palawan in the future. Thank you to all the staffs and the managements for accommodation us. Bathroom needs updating, couldn't get hot water, but housekeeping resolved it promptly wifi hit and miss but that's the same all over the Philippines

The staff where so Nice and helpful Location good as well Breakfast was also very good - fresh omelets every day

accessibility, food and service is exceptional. will book again if budget permits. not recommended for those who are budget constraints. for us whose travel is shouldered by the organization it is good place to stay.
