The staff are super friendly, helpful and very accommodating to our needs at all hours. The rooms were fantastic and super clean as well as great house keeping service! The tours the hotel provided were amazing and the company they used were extremely professional and super friendly - definitely worth going on Jovins island hopping tour that the hotel provides! The pool was a great bouns to have and again had a great setup going! Overall an amazing hotel to stay at and extreme value for money. The staff really make the stay!

Nothing that would stop me booking again but good tips to know - Pool side food options aren't amazing as it comes from the restaurant down stairs so aren't as good as eating in the actual restaurant, as well as breakfast options for Western food being quite limited (which is expected) but the food tasted great. The pool overall could of been a little bit cleaner but but again nothing that would stop me from swimming or staying at the hotel.

Breakfast: more salad choices of greens, fruits, and nuts. The baked beans are superb. Rooms: The pillows are very nice, and the room cleaners are prompt and clean. The hair conditioner is not so good. At least 2 bottles of water. Pool: It's nice. Not a good place where alcoholic drinks are served, especially when children will be swimming. It is not a safe place to swim when other guests are in the bar drinking, unless the place has a wide area. With a limited space, the bar and the swim are not a happy, safe place.

Customer service at the lobby needs improvement. Tour Maps will be much appreciated if available at the front desk.

The room was nice and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast has a lot of options, but my favourite was only served once during my stay -- the lamayo that can only be found in Palawan. My other favourites during breakfast was the fruit and also the coffee, you do it quite well. They also ran out of irons during my stay, but someone took my clothes to iron for me and did it free of charge, but I tipped the staff.

I was given a two twin beds room instead of a 1 king/ queen bed, so the room was a bit cramped. Because of that I also kept hitting my head on the lamp next to the bedside table whenever I'm standing and bending over. The quality of the TV is also a bit bad, so I often just watch Netflix. But for some reason the rest of my stay the Netflix was locked to someone elses profile. I couldn't log out the profile and unlock it.

Great location a very short distance from the airport. We were greeted by a friendly staff member on the desk. The hotel is quite high traffic and is a little tired in places but very clean, good air conditioning, comfortable beds and no smells. Compare this to the Best Western we had to use on the return stop (because this was fully booked - we'd have stayed again) and it's superb value for half the price. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. A perfect stop to kick off your visit to Palawan if needing an overnight whilst you wait for your transport to Port Barton or El Nido.

Nothing to note really. For £50ish you can't go wrong here.

Breakfast is good and the staff are very attentive.

Several things: 1. The airconditioning system cannot be manually set and it was either very cold or we have to turn it off 2. The television was designed to be "High tech". However, it was too high tech and kepps turning itself on even when turned off using the remote control. We end up unplugging the power connector to get rid of the disturbance. 3. The lavatory sinks are semi-clogged and took some time for the water to drain 4. There is a foul odor emanating from the toilet, recognizable upon entry to the room and dissipates once the aircon is turned on

Outstanding hotel. We had a wonderful stay here. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. I love how they always politely greet guests with two words and a smile. Philippine hospitality at its best! The room was always clean, with fresh towels and nicely made, comfortable beds. Breakfast and any other food (chicken adobo) and drinks (mango smoothie) from the La-ud restaurant were so tasty! We enjoyed our time at the pool and witnessed an amazingly beautiful sunset from the private seating area near the pool. I can also recommend the massages from the spa. I would love to come back some day. Big thanks to the hotel for making our stay an unforgettable one! Salamat po :)

Staff were exceptional! Abby at the Front Desk was absolutely lovely. Nico, Denver and the rest of the crew as well. Location was fab - right beside Robinsons Palawan and not too far of a drive from city attractions. Mom and I were given an upgrade to a Suite which was the cherry on top of the cake for our short trip 🩷 breakfast pretty good too! We also dined at their restaurant one evening for dinner. Try their twice cooked adobo!

Property needs a bit of touch ups - you could smell the mould off the walls in the corridors. Other than that, no complaints really! The rooms were so lovely and spacious.

The rooms are quiet nice, but the Hotel is on the main road, so you don’t get a good view from your window ;) the hotel ist next to a big Mall where you can eat cheap and buy some supplies. There is not a lot to do in Puerto Princesa though… the town itself isn’t very charming. You can book tours in the hotel if you like. This worked quiet well. The pool is nice, again, with view on the main road. Staff is more than friendly, cocktails at the Poland are good and prices are ok. you get pool towels which is great.

we booked a room for 3 person (1 adult, 2 children) and where told we had to buy one breakfast extra for 300 php. This usually doesn’t happen to us in other hotels. The Hotel is basically right on the main road, but puerto princesa isn’t the most charming city, so this is obviously not the fault of the hotel. Still: there is more remote places at the beach if you want a nicer surrounding.

Greeted by the kindest and most attentive staff. Offered a gorgeous welcome drink on arrival with a description of what the hotel has to offer and local recommendations. The room was spacious, spotless and modern. It was very well equipped and nothing was a problem. The gym was also really well kitted out and so quiet when I was there. The rooftop pool and bar is a vibe. Nice for a nightcap drink.

The fact we had to leave. … Perhaps a more continental style breakfast would be nice.
