We loved this hotel, planned to stay 4 nights, and ended up staying the whole week. Rooms are nice and big ( we had a ground floor with a private balcony ) Clean towels and bedding changed every other day Good air con Hot shower Breakfast was basic egg and toast, and 2 days we had an omelette, which was made by the owner, was delicious We rented their motorbike, which was 700 peso per day, The pool is beautiful and cleaned every day The surroundings are so peaceful and relaxing. There's a street food shop across the road she made us some delicious burgers and crepes The hotel is a little bit out of the area, but if ur aiming to be out and see the sites, it's ideal to come back to and relax The owner came down with a bottle of wine for us on our last night ... big thank you Fantastic Value for money x

Clean spacious rooms, a decent-sized swimming pool, and a relaxed vibe. Perfect place for the last day in Palawan before the next day departure from PPS airport. Basic amenities in the room, perfectly working aircon and Wi-Fi. Big shopping mall not far away and within walking distance to the beach. For the price - big yes.

Cash only. C`mon, we have 21st Century... Also, all prohibitions on every step like no food, no beverages from outside of the hotel or you will be fined etc - a bit shady. Really simple breakfast, avoid the sausage I would say, its... just dont take it.

Fantastic place , Great owners, very friendly and helpful, I injured my back before I arrived, and the owner bought me a yoga matt ! The rooms were big clean , quiet ,with a quiet aircon. The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast was good , They have the best burger I have had in the philippines! The swimming pool is great , has warm water , The shower has hot water and good pressure , The area is great close to town , but not noisy, Will definitely stay there again !

Pillows are a bit hard , but that's a personal opinion.

Citadel is managed by Del, the lovely owner who went out of her way to accommodate me and my family during our visit. The location is ideal, it is 5 min ride from Robinson's Puerto Princesa, it is also 5 min ride away from the nearest beach. The rooms are clean, the staff are amazing and very accommodating. We came to visit in March, the driest and hottest month of the Philippines, the pool was reasonably large and was quite warm and refreshing.

Certainly there are things that can be improved but these are minor things that are more than made up for by the service and warmth of the owner and the staff. If you need anything that is reasonable, just ask them and they will try their best to accommodate you.

Clean place with a nice breakfast. There’s a pool and a garden well maintained. The owners are nice and have 2 adorable dogs. Relatively close to the airport and a mall where you can buy SIM card.

The pool was clean and comfortable for my kids to play. It was nice to have good food available at the hotel. Everyone was so nice and helpful with our various questions and needs.

It was a little away from the center of town but that was fine as we were doing day trips and had a short stay.

Would diversifi the food menu to be more local food. A bit off, but no problem with tri cycles passing by all the time.

The host, Citadel,is a remarkable women. She really understands what customer service is all about. Nothing is too much trouble. Her B&B is beautifully kept; both the rooms and the surrounding gardens and pool. Although the establishment is located a little away from the city centre, it has the obvious advantage of being very quiet and private. Transportation to any location from there is quickly arranged. A very nice Robinson's Shopping Mall is only a quick 50 peso trike ride away. Highly recommended property for those seeking a bit of quality peace and tranquility.

The WiFi signal to my upper floor room was a little weak at times, but the issue was quickly addressed by management.

Nice comfortable rooms, quiet location, very friendly staff - the hotel manager, May, is always sweet and accommodating, ready to help with any requests. Loved staying here!

The place are clean, the breakfast was tasty..kuddos to the owner she was so kind & friendly.. we love the ambience especially the pool area.everthing you need are complete like personal ref , tables chairs etc. the room look classy
