The location was good. We found a good restaurant 5 min down the street and only 12min to the airport. We got a spacious room with view on the pool area. The place is green and quiet. We felt comfortable.

Seemed unorganized and surprised at our arrival. A lot of miscommunication followed. Their reply to our pick up request was to send us the phone number of the bus driver, we figured out ourself to get there and then got told their were waiting at the airport for us. The ordered coffee was never served and the tricycle to the airport next morning wasn't organised.eveb though time and price was already set. We found one on our own.

The staff is nice and the surroundings.

We have transferred two times because the rooms from 1 to 3 have an unbearable smell coming from the ceiling. It's like a smell from a drainage, maybe because of the leak on the ceiling which has been painted and not replaced. Very bad smell. If you have asthma or any lung issues, find a place to stay.

We had such a relaxing time here. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, WiFi worked well, and the air conditioning was efficient and easy to adjust. Having access to a (paid) laundry service was much appreciated. The staff are truly wonderful and made us feel very well looked after. The pool is well kept and has a water tower that is great to stand under - if you're tall enough! Some previous reviews mention there are no sunbeds, which is true; however, pool towels are available so we just lay beside the pool and didn't miss the sunbeds at all. More important for us was having a table and two chairs directly outside our room so we were able to sit and relax/work on the laptop in the shade, which was a nice contrast to lying in the sun. All in all, loved our time here and wish we were staying longer!

The interior of main building is a bit dated. The bathroom in our room definitely needs an overhaul, the shower head was slightly abysmal. However, we're not very fussy so we made it work. Also, the aircon was very noisy - even with earplugs. It looks like the resort is currently undergoing a makeover so hopefully these issues will be addressed. Regardless, we would definitely stay here again!

The pool was amazing, the water in my bathroom was hot, and the staff was friendly. Please be aware the bathroom was clean and "Asian" style. If you are expecting a "western" bathroom, don't. The important things are clean and hot water.

Having food available would be great

The location, swimming pool, and the neat and cleanliness, also the fact that you can have access of the kitchen and use the appliances. The using of tabo in the bathroom, very Filipino. And the staffs are approachable.

Though, the internet connection is very slow on the upper ground, it is probably due to the problems of the router, hopefully it gets fix so other guests won't have to experience it sooner or later.

The staff at the homestay were very friendly and helpful. They helped me organise a few tours which were great - including island hopping. There's not tonnes of restaurants nearby, but as soon as you get on the road just outside, a trike-driver will pick you up and take you somewhere good. The wifi was consistently good which was nice (and uncommon for this part of the Philippines). And the pool was nice too. Thanks for a great stay.

Photos of rooms on booking only of premium rooms. Standard rooms are rather poor and not shown. The price is almost the same and it is definitely better value to take the premium room. Standard room was a little smelly AC is loud but didn't bother me much No restaurants close to the property, only the robinson center, more or less in walking distance Sink did not work at the time i was visiting (but room was just reinstated)

Our stay at Hanbee's Resort was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and we even had the added bonus of a smart TV. The staff are amazing and made us feel so welcome, they also were so quick to help with anything that we needed. The on-site pool was great on the hot days! The location is great too, close to the airport and PPC, just a short trike away. When we are next in Puerto Princesa, we will return! :)

The rooms were spacious and the staff really lovely. The communal garden area is well kept and has a decent sized pool. Good value for money.

The air con units are ancient and loud. Bring ear plugs! Other than that, it was a great stay
