The staff are very friendly and welcoming .

Although there are mild issues like. Sometimes there are water interruptions. the water flow is very weak and the shower area by the pool smells a little awful which is a bit off for us because we have kids .The aircon is fine but i thinked it needs to be cleaned because there are times the airflow becomes not so cold anymore.. It would also be nice if there was a fridge in the room. Overall it's okay, especially the staff are kind and accommodating.

It is located on the main road, the room met our expectations, and it is spotless. The pool area is very accessible and quite huge. The staff are very accommodating and polite. Overall, the value for money is superb.

The only thing I didn't like is that the air conditioner in our room is not powerful enough to cool the huge room, we had to re-arrange the bed to make it face the blower of the aircon unit. But that's subjective since I find myself as someone who gets hot too easily.

It was very close to Mang Garry's, which was a very nice restaurant. It made up for the hotel's location, which is in the town outskirts. (We originally booked this because we thought it was close to the bus station.)

The room was quite sterile and lacked character. The choices for lighting were either very bright lights or a half-working LED light in the recessed ceiling. There were no bedside lamps and we found only one outlet in the room.

It was very clean and comfortable, with working aircon and wifi. It also have proper sheets on the bed and towels.

It is far from everything. They do not offer food and there are no grocery stores in the area. Only 1 restaurant service local food and they open at 10am. So if you arrive late and have to leave early, like we do, you go hungry

Close to the main highway which makes it easy access to public transportation such as multicab to get around town. It has two beds and comfy enough for a family of four. Also they provide inside sleepers which is really nice. The place offers breakfast and other Filipino dish makes it really convenient and it has a small pool. The staffs were nice and helpful.

The toilet keeps leaking.

It has a swimming pool. So the kids really enjoyed the stay. The rooms are wheelchair accessible and have own parking space in each room.

Our room has only common switch to all lightings. Hopefully, they could add wall lights that could be used while sleeping :) No toilet paper.

I have to say that the location was fantastic. The hotel is situated a few minutes away from the heart of the city, and just a few blocks away from Robinsons and many popular tourist attractions are near. Being so close to everything made it easy to explore the city without having to worry about transportation. The hotel was also located in a safe area, which gave me peace of mind for my family. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and safe location in the city."

I think the management can add a safety vault, a small one will do where we can leave our belongings like cash, tablet, and laptop.

One of the best hotels that I've used for both leisure and business with my family. The staff were great, attentive, provides and excels with customer service. The property itself is well maintained and provides the "Mykanos" vibe. Would definitely use this property again once I visit Palawan.

Not that I didn't like but more on something to look into - a covered pathway from the main road going to the property. This would help the guests to walk in shade from the heat and rain.

Friendly staff. The cats on the premises made our stay a bit enjoyable. Extended our stay by one night because I was a bit ill and wanted to rest up before heading south.

It was the chef's day off on our first full day. The next day, he came to work, but seemed eager to leave early. His last call for the kitchen seemed early and it felt like the restaurant was closing before the advertised time.
