All staff were very accommodating especially Neneng. Our requests were responded timely. Outside the rooms with good breeze coz lots of plants & bushes. Cute Christmas light decorations. The kitchen staff are very friendly and hospitable & made delicious breakfast well. I like the Cold & hot Water dispenser in lobby; One of the staff or manager is Alvin. It’s worth mentioning that he was very smart and very helpful with giving us tips in our stay & in our excursions. thank you so much Alvin for your kindness.

The new towels and bedsheets, literally looks pretty, but so made of polyester that the towels doesn’t even absorb wet after your shower. And the bedsheets because it’s polyester is so warm in the body. We requested cotton towels and sheets & Neneng provided our requests. She’s the best asset of all the staff.

I like the location is just two to three minutes from the plaza, walking distance from the Capital, the staff are nice. I see that there are so many accomodations to choose from. They have two wet market, one is in Burgos, a bit smaller than the one in going to lawaan. We can walk around safely the people look harmless, no need to worry of getting snatch my celphone or my bag.

What I didnt like is that they dont have visible fare price, most of the tricycle driver charged us overprice, specially tricycle driver near the airport. Had lunch at Baybay resto and the price is a bit pricey, minsan lang naman so gora na. We went to their wet market and the prices are pang masa suddenly I wanted to cook. There is no jeep and the bus are very seldom to come by.

T,v remote was not working ,spoil faucet in the bathroom.those movies has black and white color. Need to upgrade.

We liked the place, the staff and the value for money. Kudos Pete's Inn, a recommended place to stay.

The flow of the water in the bathroom is not that good. Hope it can be improved.

We have been staying at Pete's Inn since they opened 8 years ago.. Because it's a great place to stay and exceptional service and value.

Close to city centre, the rest you can get anywhere by tricycle, very localised housing style, you pay for what you get, single room is very basic, toilet or washroom can be innovated to be better.

It's affordable and easy to find

Electricity went out in the morning and water followed. Had to fetch water downstairs

The only cons is that the water pressure in the comfort room is too weak/low and wifi can’t reach the room.
