The service is generally satisfactory. The staff are very welcoming and they are well trained. The check-in and check-out are fast. The restaurant offers good food and reasonable prices. But, the ala-carte serving is a bit small. The cut-off time for the last order for dinner is too early, as the last order should be in by 930PM. The restaurant staff are very diligent. But, they are undermanned. They looked too tired, as it appears that they worked from morning to evening. Management should consider additional rotational shifts to staff. The ambiance of the entire resort is very peaceful. Perfect for unwinding and relaxation. The room is big and clean. But, the sheets appear to have been placed a long time ago. The price is also very reasonable. However, on our 2nd day, the ceiling leaked after it rained. And the bidet also leaked. I recommend this place to tourists.

The restaurant staff appears to be too tired.

It was peaceful and the outdoor grounds are well maintained. It is not crowded that the guests can truly relax and unwind.

The toilet in our room had dark discolorations at the bottom and make it look dirty. The bath towels do not look clean (they seem to be old with stains and not pure white anymore even if we asked for replacement, it’s still the same) - please purchase new towels since the current state of the towels do not suit a 4-star hotel. We were thinking of just bringing our own towels next time, but you don’t usually need to do that for a hotel this type.

I liked that the staff were very polite and always smiling. The breakfast was mostly Filipino, which was no problem for me and my husband, who loves Filipino food. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with plenty of storage, and the resort is easy to find and very accessible.

The showers could probably use a deep cleaning, as I noticed some mold starting to build up, which is understandable given the humid weather and the resort’s proximity to the beach. Also, a small suggestion for the website: it might help to clarify that the King Villa is more suitable for families and shares a common wall with neighboring units, while the Honeymoon Suites are more private and secluded. We initially booked the King Villa thinking it would be completely private, but the team was kind enough to move us to a Honeymoon Suite on the last night of our stay.

I seldomnly take time to review places I'd been to but this resort exceeded my expectation and definitely deserve an excellent review. When we arrived there, they gave us a big smile and welcoming drinks with warm towel. I was surprised with their excellent customer service. Maybe out of 20 staff I saw, only 1 staff I didn't see smiling. They have also excellent food choices for breakfast buffet. They offers a lot of activities for free like karaoke, outdoor games, billiards, paddling etc and every Fri and Sat, they have bonfire with marshmallows for free. It was an excellent experience. I would definitely go back. Kudos to all the staff. They are all doing a great job ♥️

When we arrived, the room phone was not working but they replaced it immediately and the activities we're too dark and too far from the cabins

Upon check in we found the room that had been assigned was not what we had reserved. The FDA was hesitant to move us, but wisely contact the Front Office Manager , Mark. Having spent many years in Resort Management, a complaint is an opportunity to win over your guest. Mark did this in spades. Since we were staying for 12 days, he upgrades us to a better room and really went over the top in taking care of us. That was the beginning of a great stay. This was the highlight of our month in Philippines. We were even offered free massages and we unfortunately weren't able to take advantage of that. Overall the staff and facilities were second to none....Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Don't miss out on th Solina Beach and Nature Resort.

Just a comment, that we have noticed at all of our stays in the Philippines. I hope that the Tourism folks and Hotel Industry really spends some time on training of all staff. The staff we have run into throughout our stays in Bohol, El Nido, Bouncy and Carles were so friendly and wanting to be helpful. A bit of regular training I feel would go along way. Let's set your staff up to be successful.

This Hotel is Highly recommended. The staff were really friendly and they really take care of their guests.. My family had an early flight back to Manila on our last day and since we couldn’t make it to our buffet breakfast the staff made us sandwiches, egg and water to bring to our flight. The athmosphere is so nice and quiet. So if you want to take a break from your busy schedule or the busy city you live in, this is a place to do it. Food from the restaurant is good too. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. I’ve been to many places and I could say that this hotel is the one that I will keep coming back.

The resort is well kept. The garden and pool was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay. Food, room and  service were great! Relaxing and had great amenities. They accommodated card payment which is nice. Internet coonection was stronger outside than in the room.

It is too far to get to. To commute, it took 3 1/2 hours from Kalibo (even with the private transpo) and it cost a bit too much. Not budget friendly. The bed was not comfortable. The frame was making loud creaking sound. The water in the bathroom was weak. Hot water was weak. Food prices is a bit high. Also you get charge for the use of towel if you are to do a boat trip which they help organized. The private boat trip was underwhelming. Only the lagoon was memorable. The food sucks. The boat was old(though the guides were helpful and friendly). Some of islands were filled with garbage everywhere. I wish they keep them clean.

Nice furnished queen villa with fridge and two VERY comfortable queen beds. NOT HARD. Fantastic 25 meter clean pool. If you were 4 guests, I would have said, good values for money. Somewhat in doubt when only a couple. Breakfast buffet was OK if you expect a simple breakfast, eggs, fruit and some other basics as the warm food is OK but not great. Dinner was quite OK but not great. We tried 6 different main and appetizers.There is potential for improvement on food. Very good cakes and cappuccino. Chocolate cake not too sweet.

The beach sand is not great, however the view is. But with the beautiful pool and the island hopping, who needs it. They have a gym area, but except from a great variety of dumbells, resistance exercise machines are having a lot of frictions and are useless.

The staff is awesome, attentive and courteous! The resort is clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet and the lunch/dinner menu is decent. The beach is basically clean but it was jellyfish season when we went so we used the pool. But if you go on the island hopping tour, you can swim in beautiful beaches in the islands.

Coming in from Bacolod City, going to Carles from the Dumangas RORO Port is quite some drive (about 2.5 hours).

Very friendly staff, always ready to help! I felt like the most welcome guest here. This hotel has a beautiful territory, a nice pool, tasty and inexpensive food in the restaurant. We came with a large group of 11 people and had a great time. We went for a massage. The massage is very professional, we all liked it! We took a tour of the islands and it was great!

The fact that you can't swim in the ocean was a big minus(((
