it was a great idea…condo hotel. The location was good. We had a lot of power outages and their generator worked wonderfully.

It needs a very deep cleaning. The sofa in our unit was filthy and smelled disgusting. It was very stained and torn. We couldn’t even sit on it. The walls were dirty and stained as well. Everything was covered in dust. The bed was very small. I’m 6 foot tall and my feet hung off the edge. When we arrived there was no refrigerator or microwave in the unit but they did bring them after I complained. The refrigerator didn’t work very well. We found another very nice hotel just a short distance away that was not only so much better but it was also cheaper.

We liked the location. It's a quiet neighborhood. The unit also has a cute little balcony.

The place has potential but it was poorly maintained. First of all, the door's lock in our unit was broken. It had scotchtapes on it. When we came back from the mall, our door was open. We immediately checked our belongings and it was fortunate that nothing was missing. We thought someone broke in when we weren't there, but realized that it was probably the broken lock. The moment we entered the room, it smelled filthy. We couldn't even walk barefoot because the floor was dusty. The couch didn't have a cover, it smelled dirty and had stains all over. The throw pillows cases weren't changed. The walls needed repainting. The hot water didn't work. The floor was also creaky. It looked like the housekeeping didn't care enough to polish the place. Over all, it made our stay less pleasant. It was okay but we didn't feel cozy or excited to come back.
