I was looking forward to using the outdoor pool but it was closed. I shared my disappointment with the staff and they went way out of their way and upgraded my room for the 3 nights I was there. The staff all were incredible and extremely attentive and supportive for all of my needs. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely stay at XYZ again. Hopefully the pool will be open then.

The only negative thing I could say about the hotel is that their wifi is poor. I had poor quality video chat and dropped calls as well you had to keep signing in every time you left your room. I think the entire hotel needs an upgraded high speed internet with proper connectivity throughout the hotel.

The three restaurants inside the hotel are all excellent. This place is like an oasis in the middle of a desert. The best thing about it is the hospitality. I don't remember ever meeting such friendly hosts before. The bedroom is well configured, with separate rooms for the toilet and shower.

I just came here to meet a friend and didn't care much for the location. Outside it is hot, humid and dirty. The Summit Hotel at least has Robinson's Mall next door, this place doesn't really have anything except the three nice restaurants in the building. But I did notice walking around downtown that there are some new daytime nice coffee shops opening up. So it has a future I think.

The free breakfast had plenty of great options. The room wasn't too big, wasn't too small. Very comfortable. Dinner options were also plentiful as the hotel had 3 different options plus a cafe for a refreshing treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at every point. Hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had! It even beats out the customer service I've received in US hotels by far. Highly recommend!

This isn't necessarily a fault of the hotel, but I'm accustomed to central air and the hotel does not have that. They do have a fair number of aircon machines in most of the common areas and in all the rooms, but it's not as efficient, thus there were a lot of times where I felt hot and/or sweaty in the lobby or hallways. Again, this was a minor thing and definitely would not deter me from visiting again in the future.

There wasn't anything in particular we were looking to see in the town, as we were just passing through, so it is nice that this hotel has everything within it. The slight exception was a washing service, however they do have a linked provider and can help you with that, however it's not a 24 hour service. Anyway, the rooms were nice, it's the tallest building in the town, however there are many other tall buildings, so no views unless your right at the top I presume (we were 2nd to top). The restaurant is nice, with good food and it's a pleasant environment. My 18 month old son decided to throw up on my lap half way through the meal, so the fact that I am saying the restaurant was a pleasant experience, is quite a compliment. The rooms and moderately sized, but they are comfortable with a decent centralised quiet AC system which was nice to have, having travelled down from the north and gone through some more basic areas. The porters were really helpful also to note. We parked right out the front and almost stepped directly into the lobby area, which was super convenient with babies, however I wonder in busy times if this gets congested with cars? There was a slight misunderstanding as we had requested a vegetarian option for breakfast, and they provided us with 4 small carrots and some bits of broccoli. (Possibly slightly exaggerating here, but it was close to that), so we picked a few more things off the menu, and the breakfast ultimately was really nice, however they then billed us, even though it was included, citing that the initial carrots and broccoli were the free breakfast. However, I have put this in the "things I like" section, as I discussed this with the manager, who was quick to get to the cause of the issue and admit error, as they had provided a vegan option instead, with a team member there not understanding the difference. This cost was therefore wavered.

Nothing much to dislike, it was convenient and as expected. The views weren't particularly interesting/existent, and there isn't anything on the door step of much interest.

Original room booked was upgraded to a family loft room which was way more spacious and convenient for my family! Got to spend the night sleeping on our own separate beds which was very comfortable! Staff were accommodating despite a late check-in time. Breakfast was satisfying too but have to pay extra for my child for it was only complimentary for two. Overall, we have an amazing experience!

Minor reservations need to be done especially to some worn out fixtures.

Staffs were so friendly and very accommodating. The reception was so friendly. All of them, the service they provided was superb! I could not see any faults. The spa team were so friendly as well. And lastly, the food and beverage team were angels!

They need to improved the WIFI connection in room 613. I was actually told that the issue has been happening for sometimes before and was not fix. To lessen the hassle, should have been fix from the first complaint received. I was moved to different room on the 2nd night of my stay. I called The reception 10am, morning shift forgot to indorse the issue. Luckily the night shift receptionist which also happens to be the receptionist in spa handled the issue pretty well and immediately moved me to another room. Also, the spa reservation needs to improved as I was cancelled twice for the spa booking. They have offered me room service massage but was really really late at 00:00 and I felt really bad for the lady who did the service. Instead of two hours, i only did 1 hour.

I enjoyed the convenience of having a spa and 4 selections of restaurants at the hotel. The food was delicious. Celina, the housekeeper stationed in my room was most accommodating.

The safe did not work. I called the receptionist and they had someone come to my room to check it. The issue was not resolved. The towels were in shabby condition. The first day my room was serviced was a disappointment.

The place is very clean with a very professional staff. Also the use of a parking lot was very helpful. The staff were all very welcoming especially Martin. The meals were well prepared and served

I will like to see international sports especially soccer on the TV channels. Also more variety of meals for example vegetarian meals

The service is always 5 star. 3 restaurant on-site. Many options for food types . You can add Breakfast to your room package which i suggest forsure . Real breakfast options not a buffet. Location near everything you need. This was my 3rd time staying there . I wont stay any where else if I am in the area

The Staff welcoming and polite From the guy who checked us in . I forgot his name but memorable face and voice. From the lady who checked us out ( for the procedure of double checking if anything left behind in the room ) also memorable face . I think if you 2 are reading this u know who u are . The separate cost for Dinner also was nice at the Ground floor restaurant and at gelato bar . As for Fyzz Gastro pub American and Greek cuisine it's menu value for money and yum yumm I like it's Halo Halo . As for the separate charge for the hotel wellness spa massage centre thank Rochelle for the massage . I was originally concern about the toilet what I was gonna get but when I used it ok the plumbing works . So ok . Also the bidet included Was a bonus exceeded my expectation

The part I didn't like about Room 710 is the air-conditioning remote not functioning properly . I guess The comfort could also been in my control if I insisted to fix . We only attempt to rectify the situation 1 time out of the 4 night .. I couldn't switch the air-conditioning off because of it without removing the key access card for the room which rwhen removed disable power in the room
