Evrything else about our stay was good. The room was clean and comfortable and the food was delicious.. However, the air-conditioning was directed straight at my bed, so I had to stay covered with a blanket all night. My wife and daughter, who were in the other bed, were more comfortable since the AC wasn't blowing directly at them. My daughter was also sick at the time, so we couldn't turn off the AC completely, we had to keep it running for ventilation, even if it made me a bit uncomfortable.

The required security deposit of Php 1,500.00 felt a bit unnecessary, especially since many other hotels don't ask for one. While it wasn't a major issue for me, I personally didn't like it

Staff was amazing and helpful. Very good food options. I received a hand written welcome letter from the hotel team and that was really amazing. Amenities are great as well.

Nice place, clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The cafe, restaurant and bar are good and the food is good. WiFi is good aswell available throughout the hotel.

The breakfast buffet is rather limited. There are options to have pancakes and eggs cooked to your liking though. And also the location is a little further from central tacloban for the malls etc. But still easy to get pedicab and there are shops nearby for groceries.

Modern, safe and comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. You are able to order an airport transfer with the reception, when we arrived back our luggage was already loaded in the van for us and accounted for. Such a nice service as Tacloban doesn't have a taxi service! . Restaurant on the top floor was really nice with a great Filipino, Thai menu. Lovely bar serving cocktails plus rooftop terrace. If you like cakes and coffee, the restaurant downstairs has awesome selection. Recommended stay if you want a quality hotel in downtown Tacloban

Food in the hotel was amazing. The staff were very courteous, from the front desk, to maintenance, to the restaurant. The beds were clean and were comfortable. Wifi was strong in my room. The room had a smart TV and nice amenities.

The lighting seems a little outdated - my restroom lights were dim and yellow so it was harder to see especially in the evening. Cabinet space was a little small. Water heater was not working properly, and at one point, we lost water for half an hour.

We stayed the nights around our wedding not expecting anything but the front end manager noticed and and had a really sweet message for us when we returned from our reception. It's very nice to see people who go the extra mile .thank you

Very nice place and very central to the city as we had to be close so was top notch for that only small problem was Its all 1 way traffic and the parking was on a different spot and not highly signed but if that's the bad was not a biggy

Breakfast is a nice buffet, with other options available such as eggs any style and toast or pancakes. Coffee is very good; comes from coffee bar, so is very fresh.

Breakfast tends to be more Filipino, but there is enough to satisfy international appetites. Need a place to hang hand towel in bathroom.

Property was centrally located. Buffet breakfast served is good value for money. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Property parking facility is a few meters away from the hotel in an empty parking lot without security or staff assigned to man the area and facilitate proper parking of cars. Some cars took more space than usual, making it difficult to quickly find parking when we arrived. Fortunately when we came back from dinner, we found an empty parking slot right by the door of the hotel. This was very safe and convenient for us to move luggage to and from the property.
